I would not bring my car here found 3 parts that were not installed correctly never bolted back down. Also have concerns about the work I can not see.Furthermore, they took so long repairing my car, that was not done correctly I am out of rental car days. Plus the car is still not fixed correctly. The tail gate is not aligned properly so it does not close flush.

Was forced to bring my m4 here and knew it would be a terrible mistake. First of all they don’t understand under promise over deliver. I was told the car would be ready numerous times then I’d get excuse after excuse why it wasn’t. Ended up getting my car back almost 14 days after I was told it’d be ready by my service advisor there.If I got the car back and it was perfect I wouldn’t even write the review. But I got the car back and one of my rims wasn’t even fixed and still has massive scratch in it.Even worse I got my car back with a crazy rattling noise I’ve never had before, now need to bring the car to bmw for diagnostic to figure out exactly what these guys messed up. They fix Toyotas and Hondas, not top of the line sports cars

Between this company and state farm a two week repair job has turned into 3 months because of the incompetence of these companies employees. Ill give a full update on noth these places when i get my vehicle back. Talking wirh a lawyer
