They're very kind. The jewelry on hand is the result of buying and selling according to demand, usually resulting in lots of handpicked, one-off original items with a story. Most of it is very beautiful.Bruce and Jean really care a lot about their customers, and really care that the craftsmanship of the stones, settings, and the work they do for you lasts. We got my wife's engagement ring and wedding ring, and my own wedding ring, from there. When I was shopping around, it was important to me that I didn't just get something mass-produced and overpriced, but beautiful and unique with a history. Plus, I was completely ignorant and she was more than happy to give me a complete education.It was a perfect experience and exactly what i was looking for. We came in several times after for a free cleaning for her.

After reading some of the poor reviews I felt I had to make my own review.It’s been a few years going to Bruce and Jean, but I have to tell you they are the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met. They always treated me like a friend when I needed something done or made. Bruce was always helpful with custom designs and has always been honest with me. Like I said it’s been a while since I’ve needed new jewelry, but now that I need something again I will be going back to see him. Remember there are two sides to bad reviews. Normally bad reviews come from a unhappy client that always wants something for free because they did something wrong, and tries to blame the other party. That’s the way the world is today. Such a shame.

Myself and my late husband have been a customer of Bruce and Jean for many, many years. Never an issue. They are the best. I would never go to another jeweler. It’s well worth my 2.5 hour drive to see them.

Here's the truth. They are dishonest and their word is no good. The two owners are Bruce and Jean. I bought a chain from Jean. Brought it back for them to fix because it had a problem with the clasp. Bruce was there and told my wife and I that there would be no charge for the repair. Two days later we come in to pick up the chain. Both of them were there and were arguing back and forth between the two of them and were telling me that they wanted me to pay for the repair. I said "that's not good business. Your word is no good. Without your word who are you?" Jean got all mad and loud yelling at me saying that she gave me a good deal on the chain so now she wanted me to pay for the repair. I said, "but your husband said it was at no charge.' He agreed that's what he had said but then he changed his mind and said I have to pay. I would never do business with them again. I told them that it is bad business and she said fine don't ever come back here again. I said don't worry I won't and I'm telling everybody else not to go there. There are other Jewelers out there. My advice don't go back to Diamonds N more, other Jewelers are much nicer and more respectful.

I am appalled at the lack of professionalism by the owners of this booth. I wanted to purchase a 14k gold chain for a pendant I recently had made. I was greeted and a lovely woman tried to find a suitable chain. The owner Jean stepped in and asked if I had the pendant. She said " I am a yenta" let me see. Jean then proceeded to tell me the piece was poorly made. I did not ask for an appraisal or opinion. I do NOT recommend this merchant. If I had read the reviews I would never have stopped at this booth. When I shared my discomfort with her denigrating another vendor she told me I had " an attitude" . Extremely poor customer relations. I feel sorry for the woman who works for her.

Two owners Jean and Bruce constantly argue in front of customers. Gene always points her finger whenever I come in. She is rude. They are dishonest. Bruce said to me in front of my wife thathe would not charge me for a repair after I bought a chain from Jean. Then when I came back to pick up the chain he told me he is not honoring his word and decided that he must charge us or he has to take the repair apart. I told Bruce to honor his word he said no then, they told me never to come again because I told them they were dishonest and unethical and that is the truth. So I will not be coming back may I advise you to go somewhere else for your jewelry.

I was appalled at how the woman helping me with my purchase spoke to her co-worker. She was nasty, disrespectful, and rude to him when he was only trying to be helpful. I was shocked how she publically berated him and then apologized to me for his behavior as if he was the one at fault. I will never patronize a business like this if this is how the owner treats people with whom she works. There are no words to describe the behavior I saw.

These are not honest jewelers! I purchased some earring setting from them to reset my earrings. Instead of putting them in the new setting, they just took my earrings in the old setting and just shoved them into the new setting. A few weeks later, I realized what they did and asked them to fix it. They told me it was my own problem and I should have realized the mistake when I picked them up. The owner put her finger in my face and told me the customer is not always right. She made a huge scene. Very unprofessional. I am now stuck with earrings that were not properly set after paying a lot of money. Shame on these people. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
