Ordered funeral flowers from you flowers.pixs 3&4, are what i ordered. My order was made by DBG, pixs 1&2, they left the flowers out side of funeral home.NEVER CONTACTED FUNERAL HOME. Funeral home is open 24 hours and they had the phone number. The flowers fell over (2 large stand up sprays). By the time flowers were found they were a mess. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never recommend or order from this company. I did not receive a refund. Funeral home put flowers together as best they could. Very sad

I received a birthday arrangement last week that had some really bad lilies in it. Emailed the florist and received an apology and a beautiful new arrangement today.

I received some flowers from a friend after my surgery. The arrangement was half full with flowers that were already past their fresh date. Very disappointed in the arrangement. I did not want to tell my friend to hurt her feelings.

This is a BAD PLAYER!! AVOID! There is a clear pattern of gross unprofessionalism. This company engages in FRAUD. Selling online one thing like a beautiful, lush, bountiful bouquet but then delivering a subpar product that does not remotely resemble what the sender/customer purchased. This florist uses and abuses TRUST and the dynamic of gift-giving. When a sender wants to gift someone a lovely gift and then entrusts their $ to them to carry that out, they trust the vendor to not embarrass them and not rip them off. They also count on the receiver not complaining to the giver bc very few ppl want to be seen as ungrateful or critical. What is my story and or gripe? Apparently, the EXACT same issues that every other one-star reviewer cites.1. Uneven, messy flowers with gaping holes. -Check2. Dying/wilting/dead flowers within a short period of time -Check3. Arrangements that do not look like the picture the giver saw online and purchased -Check4. Offered to send me a new arrangement when I called to give them the chance to make it right. Arrangement was never sent or received -Check5. Call to ask why the fresh arrangement was not sent but now no one answers the phone and it goes straight to a VM and the mailbox is full -Check6. WORSE OF ALL, taking advantage of the fact that when a receiver gets a gift that is flawed and or defective, they do not like bringing the subject up with the sender/giver. -CHECKThe sad thing is that it is hard enough for GOOD small businesses to survive through Covid, a World economy and with the additional issues/complexity of business online. The last thing small businesses as a whole need are bad players like this that think NOTHING about burning bridges just to make a quick $. It brings to mind a great quote I read yesterday."When the guilty are given mercy, cruelty is given to the innocent."*pic showing the pink flowers show size and "quality" of flowers compared to an 10 day old arrangement I made from less than $20 worth of flowers from Trader Joe's

Received a sympathy bouquet. Upon delivery, I noted some of the small purple flowers already dying. Within 24 hours - literally less than 24 hours - a good portion of the bouquet was dead. I emailed the company within 24 hours and included photos and received no reply. Please don't do business with them.

Received a limp bouquet of sad flowers on the Thursday before Mother’s Day. I called the company and was advised to text photos to a cell phone number and I would hear from the company. I have still not heard from anyone and when I called again, the call went to voicemail with a full mailbox. So I called the number where I texted the photos. The woman yelled at me and said I was calling her personal cell and I was not to use it — but that I would hear from them. Sadly, my daughter spent a considerable amount of money on dead flowers — and no recourse.I only gave one star because there is no option to give negative stars!

Update: a beautiful new bouquet was delivered today! Thank you very much for replacing the flowers.Mother’s Day flowers were delivered at a 10pm last night. They were left in the lobby of a 12 story building. I received no notice of the delivery until my daughter called from the UK after having been notified of the delivery 12 hours later. The flowers were half dead with broken stems and wilted leaves. This is shameful! I should get a new bouquet delivered or she should receive a refund!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE… My husband got me an “Extra large” bouquet, it was supposed to arrive ON Mother’s Day, instead they arrived today. Dried flowers, as you can see in the pictures it is NOT a Large bouquet, the water was dirty? It looks like they made it days in advance.SHAME ON YOU… I am beyond upset ? How can you guys think this is ok??? Thank you for ruining my surprise ??? You better give his money back.If someone placed an order from these people please cancel… They are horrible, do yourself a favor and go to Publix, they are better, fuller and alive.

I receive a bouquet from my children for Mother’s Day and the one Lily was already dead. The roses were already full bloom and petals falling off plus one of the flowers was cut off. Very disappointed. Tried to call and leave a message, but the mailbox is full.

I received Mother's day flowers Thursday from my daughter in Wisconsin...I was wondering why no one rang the bell or knocked. Once I saw them it was obvious why. The first pictures are from Thursday and the last one after TWO days....a dozen white roses and lilies ...my daughter was told a replacement would be delivered...I waited Friday.... Saturday and this morning. Still no flowers. I have NEVER seen anything like this. Please get a replacement sent or give my child her hard earned money back. Shame on you.
