Did not contract as estimate was about 2 1/2 times 3 other competitors. Was offered 30% discount if I signed same day. In my opinion not the way to conduct business

I couldn’t have been more impressed with this company’s attention to detail and presentation of a proposed driveway. Nikolah came to our home and really took the time to explain everything to us. She was very genuine and kind . This is a large investment we are going commit to so the education of it all is important to me . She answered all of our questions and even put up with our dog who was a little obnoxious during our meeting . We are looking forward to doing this project in the near future !

Claudine was absolutely amazing. Probably the best personality for any sale. So, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, continuously follows up… I couldn’t ask for a better sales rep. I feel confident they will get the job done right and the price seems reasonable. I know if there is a problem she will ensure it’s corrected. What a great, honest person. I don’t usually write reviews but I will recommend Deck and Drive and Claudine over and over again!

She took the time to listen attentively to our ideas, concerns, and preferences, ensuring that she could recommend the best options tailored to my specific project. What truly stood out was Claudine's patience in explaining the various materials, designs, and installation processes without overwhelming me with technical jargon.Francisco and Michelle Atizol

Met with Deck and Drive (DnD) about two months ago and was promised a lot, all looked good so we signed agreement 6 weeks ago. Nikolah did a great job of working with us and we don't have any issues with her. Deck and Drive had pavers in show room shown we thought we were going to get in the showroom was not available and was not available to get in the color we wanted. A week later we were told they don't have that paver and we could use one of their company pavers instead. Did not like that we were shown one paver that we thought we were going to get, but we were stuck with their brand. Felt like a bait and switch. My wife went down to sign off on substitute alternative paver so when the owner replies that we signed off on it, it's true she did, she just regrets doing so.Our landscape architect looked at the plan D&D had of laying pavers on our current concrete driveway and said it was a bad idea. He said it is going to be problematic in the future in his opinion and has never seen anyone do that before as he considers it a shortcut to quality work. He mentioned this as well as 4 other General Contractors who agreed with him so I thought it would be best to cancel the agreement. I called my credit card company, showed them the agreement I signed with DnD and they said since no actual physical work on the property has been done thus far, they would reverse the charges. I did so and sent Nikolah an e-mail saying 'thank you' but we have cancelled with DnD. We then get another email from DnD saying the permit from city has been approved and they are ready to start work. I told that person we cancelled, then the next day we get an email from the owner Rich Gillman saying if we don't go through with job he will put a lien on our property and start the process of litigation against us. I called him up and asked if we could amicably resolve this by dissolving the relationship and that I would pay him for the time he spent expediting the permit as well as pay for his staff time that came to our house with all the consults and measurements. He said he will not do so and if I fail to do the project with them at this point he is going to put a lien on our property and start the process of litigation. Currently, to his suggestion, I am in the process of setting up a meeting between him and my landscape architect. Not sure how that is going to go but wanted to share my experience working with Deck and Drive thus far. Trying to see if we can resolve this issue we have been having but the way my last conversation with Rich went, I am not very hopeful.Update on 12/12/23: As you can see that Deck and Drive responded that they are working with me to resolve the issue and they were thankful for the opportunity to 'make things right'.Well yesterday, my wife and 7 children living at home received a USPS certified letter in the mail from the Law offices of Raines Legal that Deck and Drive has officially put a lien on our house since we cancelled the agreement with them even though no physical work had been done, nor products ordered. They will go to the length of taking away your home if you do not go with their company after signing their agreement. I can understand if they completed the job or actually physically started the work on the job but none of that has been done. They would rather send me, my wife and kids out on the streets at Christmas time than lose a few hundred dollars (that I gladly offered to pay them for their time thus far). Please understand that this is how this business operates before you decide to sign any agreement.Update #2: Called and spoke with Deck and Drive's Attorney, Elizabeth Jimenez, who informed me that we will be sued for $19,018 in damages. I said, "Nothing has been done." She said that was for 1) Insurance, 2) Sales Commission 3) Marketing Costs 4) Material costs. When I told her no material has been ordered, she said she was not aware of that so Deck and Drive lied to her. So that means I have to pay $19,018 for their insurance, commission

Deck and Drive recently completed a project for us, installing new pavers in both our front and back yard. Overall, we are satisfied with the results. It took us a while to choose pavers and lock down the design, but we are very happy with what we selected and it looks like a million bucks on our property. The transformation of our outdoor space is striking.I also want to praise their workmanship, which was solid. And after living with the pavers for a few months I am still impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. It definitely exceeded our expectations, making our investment worthwhile overall. I do have to note that while the project progressed, we did encounter a few installation issues, but what stood out wasn't the issues, but rather Deck and Drive's prompt and effective response. Their team addressed our concerns with professionalism, ensuring that the hiccups we faced were swiftly resolved. This commitment to customer satisfaction left a positive impression on us. Despite the minor bumps along the way, I would recommend Deck and Drive if you're looking to do a paver project.

Patrick Atkinson was terrific! He understood my need and was helpful proposing what would work. He made my father feel comfortable with the paver options and explained everything thoroughly. Patrick answered all our questions and was very professional. The estimate was prompt, fair, and reasonable.

After repeated failed workmanship, I must regretfully post that Deck and Drive is not a good choice if your existing driveway needs to be grouted and sealed to keep it maintained. To their credit, they came back to try to remedy the first failed installation which they acknowledged was improperly installed. Unfortunately, it also failed to take and now, months later it has completely deteriorated, spalled, cracked and looks as if no work was completed at all. Even the sealer is gone. I’m going to have to get the work done again by another contractor.

Jason came out to our home today to give us an estimate and was amazing . He was kind, detailed, and professional. We weren’t quite ready to proceed with the project at this time, but when we are, Deck & Drive will be our first call.
