Had read another review about their honesty so I decided to go there. Just needed a watch battery replaced and the metal band cleaned. Treated so very well, as if I were buying multiple expensive items. My bill was only $25, probably the lowest of the week. Very nice staff, honest, repair completed on time. 100% will return.

I had broken a clasp on a necklace and brought it to another jeweler in Boca for repair. They wanted to charge $35 for the repair. I then brought the same necklace to David Barry Jewelers. They fixed it on the spot and did not charge me! I'll definitely go back to them. They were honest and accommodating.

Lovely store ! Has a "family business personality " you can tell everyone working there are all in sync with each other . Very comfortable place to browse. I went in today just to look , didn't expect to buy but I did, very reasonable . Before moving to Florida one year ago, I worked 10 years for Michael's Jewelers, an upscale Jewelry store (10 locations in Connecticut) so I just thought I'd look around and I ended up getting something. Beautiful well maintained store (I speak from experience!) I'll be back and I'll certainly recommend it ! Bench Jewelers in house , very nice! So was Linda the sales associate that helped me .

If there was a zero rating I would do it. I am s past vendor who used to sell the store .At one point after they were extremely slow payers they stopped paying their bills not just to me but to other vendors. We had to placr them on collection and finally after owing money for 2 years they finally paid only partial of what they owed . Shame on them owing money to companies being selfish . If i was a customer i would not buy a penny from them

Great prices and work ! I ruined the opal in my engagement ring with hand sanitizer. Seth was able to replace the opal for a great price and it looks amazing. I also got my great grandmothers wedding ring resized too. Thanks Seth !!

They are great! My watch had fallen apart, and another jeweler was unable to fix it after having it for several weeks. At David Barry it was fixed on the spot in under five minutes. Skill and integrity are words that come to mind.

Steve is the most honest and sincere jeweler around. They have satisfied all of my jewelry needs include remaking and remodeling anything I bring to them. Their sales staff are fantastic. Steve recently had a health issue that he is recovering from. Saw him Yesterday looking great. I cannot say enough about their professional operation.

We have made many purchases from here over the years. We were always treated well by Steve until he became ill and his son started to manage (mismanage) the store. I brought in an expensive watch in for repair, Steve assured me it was no problem to fix. I got the watch back it stopped running soon after and at this time, Steve became ill. I brought the watch back and when I went to pick it , It still did not work. Steve's son, in his normal fashion, told me to leave the store as he did not want to stand behind the repair. His reputation precedes him.

Besides having beautiful jewelry and knowledgeable helpful sales people they do jewelry repair. They came highly recommended by our neighbors and it's our go to place when we need a new watch battery or when I watch it stop working. It's also such fun to look at all the jewelry I don't need

Just today I experienced horrendous customer service for the second time dealing with this place. The person who answered the phone wouldn't even let me talk to a jeweler. I've bought jewelry here before but they won't see another penny from me.

I have used David Barry (Steve) for several years. I am always treated first class. Steve’s ideas for redoing jewelry are always amazing. I always receive compliments on my jewelry. The whole staff is helpful and truly cares is making you happy
