When Castle Key non-renewed my policy and the policies of many in our community, I returned to Dave Feick's office to see if State Farm could insure homes in our community. After speaking with Lydia, she made the process for myself & other residents of my community simple. We got similar or better coverage than we had with Castle Key at a better price. Lydia has been cordial, informative, and very professional in dealing with us and always promptly answers any inquiries by phone or email. I was looking for a new insurance company for my condo as Allstate was not renewing 30,000 policy holders in Florida. I stopped by this office and was directed to see Lydia. I gave her the needed information and she gave me a quote that I thought was reasonable and also being very professional during the whole transaction and meeting. She has replied back to me promptly whenever I had a question. I hope to continue to do business with State Farm for years to come.

Because my husband is a customer service training manager, my standards are high. I know I am a valued customer when a rep takes the time to explain things to me and doesn't sound like it's an inconvenience to talk. A good agent, to me, should be happy to serve and does not make me feel like THEY are doing ME a favor by clarifying things for me. I should not have to DECODE answers to email questions. Companies like Apple and Disneyworld are good examples of good customer service.
I do love State Farm but Im moving on from this office.

While out of the country I recd notice that my insurance direct debit was not made, and my policy would be cancelled. I found out that the bank pulled my payment as potential fraud and as such created non payment of my insurance premium. I had to contact Lydia via messenger to try and resolve. She proceeded to provide me with information as to what needed to be done. Since I was returning back to FL on the weekend she agreed to meet with me today so that we could get my account back on track. I would have hated to have my policy cancelled through no fault of mine after being a State Farm customer for 40 years in Vegas and about 6 years in Florida. Being out of the country I was in a panic. But Lydia's research, prompt response and resolution went above and beyond and I could finish my remaining vacation knowing everything would be taken care of. Kudos Lydia and State Farm..

Some of these people, agents, at this office are just plain rude, they think of themselves something they're not, and they got what they deserve today, I cancelled my policy. This is not the first time they talk to me this way and today it broke the camel's back. On top of that, I got a better rate with another insurance company. Thank you! You treat your customers this way, you will lose them!
