Literally the worst CVS Pharmacy I’ve ever been to. No sense of urgency and no regards for their patients. The lines are ridiculously long. The CVS I used to go to was decent but unfortunately, that location is closed. As soon as I get the script that I have there situated, I’m getting a transfer. Just horrible!

In the store- the crew member Lanie, who was really rude, just because I asked where is the medicine Aials. Then while checking out she was throwing my stuff on the self check out machine and said the store is only for Neighbors. Not for outsiders since she never saw me in the store.
Very Bad.

I had a very nice experience today visiting CVS, I need it to get my Humana OTC items, and the gentleman at the register was very helpful and had a lot of patience as some of the items were not approved, and I had to go back and forth a few times. This is my new CVS to visit from now on.

I rarely shop at CVS pharmacy due to high prices and dreaded experiences from the past. I placed an online order for pickup, and received the correspondence that the order was ready for pickup about a day ago. Just a short while ago I got a notification that my order was picked up, knowing I didn't step foot into the store. I was worried that someone was stealing my order, or now potentially has my personal information. I called the store. The lady did not even let me speak when I mentioned my concern. She told me call the 800 number, "not possible" she continued to tell me over and over again and that there are no orders for pickup. Then when I continued with my concern she miraculously found my order. Only when I escalated the concern, she was ready to easily brush me off at the drop of a dime. Do yourself a favor and do not do not order online at this specific CVS.

I was greeted with a warm welcome when I entered, which shows professionalism. The entire team at CVS went above and beyond to assist me with a bunch of questions. Certainly a well managed location.
The staff members were not only knowledgeable about the products but also took the time to listen to my questions.
It impressed me that they were committed to ensuring that I left the store with everything I needed and took the extra mile to accommodate my requests. I had a list, so they helped me with finding the correct medication and other various household items.
The CVS on Jog Road in Delray Beach valued me as a customer. The store was also clean and organized. Overall, it was just a positive shopping experience. Thank you to all the staff!

These people are just miserable at the pharmacy. If you don't like your job don't take it out on the people who keep your lights on and bills paid. Especially the woman behind the pharmacy names Hava she is so so rude and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy because these people are trash

If you are someone who prefers to be disrespected in the most condescending way by incompetent pharmacy clerks, the drive through at this store is for you. They're exceptionally bad.

need to ad more help on cash register and self check up. when you walk in most of cvs stores no body front side of the store. senior citizens need help from store employees. please add more help front side of the store.

I have quite literally never experienced worst service. The entire pharmacy team is beyond miserable and nasty. When the pharmacy closes at 8 and they tell you in line at 750, with one person in front of you “sorry I can take him but not you I’m closing”. Your hours are until 8! Will be switching pharmacies immediately and will be calling corporate. Been issues every single time since I started coming here and moved to the area!

Picked up a picture that I ordered on Shutterfly. Took about 5 minutes to find an associate as no one was at the cash register or able to find. There appeared to be 1 associate for the store. Pharmacy had additional help.

Happy with staff at this location. The pharmacy is good as well. Wait time is reasonable even though this is a very busy pharmacy. Better than most CVS I've been to.

Ludy the store manager needs a great deal of training, or retirement? I stopped in this morning to deposit cash to my Captal One savings account, and she said they stopped a long time ago. I told her that I have been making these deposits every week at this store, and she said that it was not possible. I went down the block to the next CVS at 10074 Jog Rd, and they had no issues processing the deposit in less than a minute.I guess it should be a surprise to noone that an elderly woman is overwhelmed by knowledge and technology, yet a teen processed my transaction with no problem.
