I find that this CVS #4980 at 10074 Jog Rd. Boynton Beach 33437 is the best of all the drug stores I have done business with in all of South Florida. The employees are knowledgeable , professional , courteous , and friendly. Especially Relande in the pharmacy , she's always kind and very helpful. Thank You Relande and all the pharmacy staff. There was a small glitch picking up my medication because the barcode I was sent was not accurate. Other than that pharmacy staff were helpful and efficient.
At the front cash register there was a lady with red hair that came from outside reeking of smoke. She came inside to help me and did not wash her hands. There was an issue with one of the coupons which I was questioning. She started yelling and telling me she's been doing this for 8 years. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I told her to stop yelling because I'm a customer. After that she was sarcastic and told me I hope you have a stupendous day. She told the next customer super loud that oh thank you so much for smiling in hopes that I would hear the indirect insult. This one person has given the whole store of nice people a bad rap. I regularly go to this store and this is the worst experience I have ever had.

She told me there was no prescription then said come back in 4 hours. Five minutes later I got a text saying it was ready. You can't reach anyone by phone.

I bought some snacks and masks from here and wanted to return it sameday literally 5 minutes after sitting in my car. All items unopen. I don't remember the name but it was a older lady. She said I cannot return my purchase?!?!? "you can't do that here" She said. She went to get her manager and I don't have time to waste. I'll keep the snacks, you win ?.

The pharmacy staff here was very helpful. They were able to transfer my son's prescription from a nearby CVS where the pharmacist was rude and wouldn't help. This pharmacist took care of the situation immediately and even apologized for the other stores rude staff.

The people at CVS have been extremely helpful and pleasant as I went in to get photos and medications. They did things quickly without making me feel rushed. I have been impressed each of the 3 times that I have been there recently.
