Horrible customer service. Never answer the phone drive thru wait time is ridiculous. If I could leave 0 stars I would. When medication is sent over from a doctor they don’t even fill the prescription. Never again

I truly hoped that the pharmacy services would improve; however, I was wrong. You can no longer select to speak directly with the pharmacy. Now, you are prompted to leave a message and are told that a return call would be received in just a few hours. Poor customer service.

Terrible staff, more focused on making assumptions about their customers rather than assisting them. Do yourself a favor, drive a couple miles down the road to the next CVS or just go to Walgreens

I normally get a text message before I can even leave the doctors office letting me know I have request for medication. I didnt get one so I called the pharmacy and was told that I wasn't signed up to receive text. I told the representative that was not true and she proceeds to say it is and then tells me I have 2 accounts in which I never made. However, this is not the first time I was meet with a disgusting attitude from this staff when I have told them about services in use to receiving. Seems there needs to be an upgrade in training for customer service

it would be nice to clear up the confusion when picking up a prescription; is a person supposed to go to aisle 13 or the other sign at the counter that says "pick up?" Perhaps some new signage?

Very disappointed because I returned an item in which I paid cash for and had to show my drivers license to get my cash back with my receipt. I didn’t have to show my license when I made the purchase with cash.

The absolute worst pharmacy in the area. The staff acts as if you are intruding on them with any type of inquiries and if I wasn’t required to use CVS I definitely would not.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to and trust me I have filled hundreds of prescriptions in my time. First try to get them to answer the phone, then expect your prescription to get pulled yet if you don’t pickup on time, instead of them putting the prescription back in the computer for repickup, they will just cancel it. So then your screwed to pickup over the weekend when your free. They are so slow you can’t really have it pulled the same day there cause you’ll be waiting extensively. The pharmacy has no clue what they are doing. Also there is an older lady that usually works the front. Bad customer experience. She is quick to pawn you off to the machine to ring up your self rather then bother her to check you out.
