Every time I come to the CVS I am always serviced and helped by Ms. Judy. She is amazing outstanding and she definitely exemplifies what great customer service is sometimes she’s the only one on the floor trying to do everything asking for help and nobody comes to her rescue, but she handles It with such grace and humility, and that’s what I call Good customer service you rock Ms Judy

Today I had difficulty figuring out how to use my coupons on my iPhone. The two cashiers came to my assistance and helped me step-by-step with the process. They also gave me other suggestions of other products that I could purchase. I am very grateful to them and their professionalism in the store, the A-Team

First, the new phone system is awful – no way to wait for a pharmacist on the line, but rather, you need to wait them to call you back if you want to speak to the pharmacist.
When I did do that, the pharmacist who did call me was angry and rude, and seemed to have lied to me. It is weird to me that the pharmacists at both Boynton Beach CVS locations I’ve been to seem to be so consistently cranky.

Has to be one of the worst CVS locations on planet earth. The staff are absolutely incompetent, they never return phone calls, never answer the phone, you will wait 30 minutes in line for them to "find the prescription." When they call you back, the pharmacist sounds like a teenager. What a bad operation.

Today I was assisted by JANE. I have been experiencing issues with other CVS employees that says they've updated my information for extra care rewards and they never do! Today Jane took her time to update everything and I was also able to sign up for the extra care plus. Thank you Jane for being patient and also, thank you to Marie for assisting us!

The management and staff are all excellent and so patient with all, but especially their elderly customers! They literally coach them on all their paper coupons, even when those customers should get the CVS app on their phone. The store is always immaculately clean and organized. Always a warm welcome. Ignore ANY negative review probably by a cranky person. People should also be aware that the CVS pharmacy’s actually get to have lunch, so if you’re waiting in the drive thru or on the phone, just walk inside!!!!!

Though I believe the area is the main cause of the issues here at this CVS- I will say, Dane in the pharmacy was very helpful to me today in getting me my insulin prescription.

If I could make it a zero I would! Bad enough they close for lunch from 1-2, they didn’t open until 2:06. Plus, staff stocking aisles says “they open when they open”. Rude as bleep!

The customer service here is unbearable!!! I wish I could give it 0 stars. CVS needs to go back to the drawing board because this is unbelievable. I made an appointment for 3 pm for a flu shot. This man behind the desk did not acknowledge me or even bother to make eye contact with me. I didn’t receive my flu shot until 3:30. My appointment was at 3pm. It’s ridiculous. Don’t come here it’s ridiculous. This picture is of me still waiting!!!!

I would be giving them a 1. They let people go in front of you and make you wait 20 30 40 50 or longer to just have you in line for the pharmacy.
