Door locked, Store dark and closed despite signage that I was there within opening hours. At first thought employee might be on meal break or other isolated situation, but it happened several times

This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with an establishment. I went in to cricket to buy a new phone for my husband while we are on vacation, and the manager left an employee who had only had 2 days on the job alone. She accidentally attached my elderly mother (who is down in Texas)'s phone number to my husband's phone. This made my mother's phone no longer able to make phone calls and we had no way to reach her to tell her that she had to go INTO A CRICKET store to get her phone fixed, leaving my mother 20 hours away with no phone and no way to reach her. They created an absolute nightmare first me to deal with due to not training their employees long enough.

Aidan is a diamond in the rough. He is HIGHLY technologically knowledgeable but is still able to explain everything so that even the “luddiest” of Luddites can understand. He has a kind and patient heart; he never talked down to me or made me feel like an idiot when I asked questions. He took his time and made sure I understood everything about my new phone. He also set it all up for me and told me if I ever have any problems, don’t hesitate to come back to see him for help. Hold on to this one, they don’t make people like him anymore.
