this is a great place. They’re super helpful and went above and beyond out of their way to help me with my car. They even helped me out when I had a difficult time getting my windshield fixed. I highly recommend this place, extremely professional and friendly.

I was in a very bad motorcycle accident. City towing was the tow company that towed my motorcycle. I went to trauma that night and I was unable to walk and was unconscious for 24 hrs. When I finally came to, I called city towing and told them I’m unable to walk and I will be in the hospital for 3-4 weeks learning how to walk again is there any way you can work with me or can I have someone else pick up the motorcycle. The lady on the phone was very rude and heartless towards my situation and said “no we can’t WORK with you and only you can pick up the vehicle. So as of right now my bill is over $1000 and I’m still in the hospital. They have already sent a paper stating if I don’t pick it up my motorcycle it will be auctioned off. I understand rules are rules, but a company should have enough moral values to understand situations like mine. There is literally nothing I can do. I don’t know how people like this sleep at night. And yes this is the right city towing.

If I could I would give negative stars! The lady was very rude and was eavesdropping while I was on the phone with my husband and then made a rude comment to me which was totally unprofessional and uncalled for I do not suggest going there for any reason

A star is a lot for them. Grocers with grand airs. I went at 5 to pick up my vehicle and they told me that they were already closed due to some problems just to charge me for another day. The worst people are rude and rude.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The receptionist ***** is unprofessional and demeaning. There are dozens of reviews via ****** on this business and they continue to badger people in the reviews of their own company. Personally, I believe they scam people out of their money alongside being a horrible excuse of a company.

Scam!! It should be illegal to gain money by this type of service. I sold my car to my ex dtr in law. She moved and car wouldn't start. She was waiting on someone to tow it to new house when City Towing got word. Racked bill up to $631and then proceeded to tell me I better hop on planebecause my dtr in law hadnt had time to transfer over title. What a peice of work these companies are! They make money by preying on people's weakness. My notice says vehicle will be sold in 30 days even gives a date. Proceeds will go to City Towing!! Now folks, that's how you make 2 million a year. No thanks, I will make money the morally correct way.
