I would like to give branch manager. STEPHANIE REEVES a GIANT THANK YOU for going above and beyond for trying to help me with the inept Chase estate services department who have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Going through a sudden death of a family member and dealing with the estate department has been traumatic. They are unhelpful and unwilling to help they do not know what they are doing in this department and point fingers instead of trying to get to the bottom of the problem, they will not pay out the money that was in my loved ones account who died suddenly.ZERO STARS for CHASE ESTATE department, heartless and despicable. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for what they are doing to me. As many times as I have called that department, I have been told something different every single time. This is outrageous!You will definitely need an attorney to deal with this department! LESS THAN ZERO

Don’t bother leaving messages for a banker, they won’t return your calls. Went in at 4:30 to open a CD and was told no one is available to assist. No clients in the bank! Was also told it was a forty five minute process. The very nice teller that introduced us to Patrick seemed surprised herself at what he said. Our family has banked at this branch for over twenty years, no more. Went to another location which was a inconvenience. Arrived at 4:50 met a great banker and was out at 5:03! Avoid this branch.

I must give a perfect review to Laura and the staff in this branch. Laura did above and beyond to give me the best solutions to my personal and business bank needs. I'm new to FL but she made me feel at home and I'm lucky that I started setting my new bank accounts with Laura. Thank you.

Nobody at the drive up window. Had to park, go inside,wait on a line when there was only one teller. On a Friday afternoon. Payday!

My daughter was a victim of identity theft at an out of town branch that without checking gave out $5,000.00 from her account. My daughter lives in South Florida and this branch was in Colorado.

Jamie is the worst banker you may ever encounter. She has zero customer service skills. It's awful when banks are desperate to hire just any incompetent workers then sadly not provide them with proper training.

Front desk cannot perform a simple wire when anybody can do it themselves in their phone! Due to the amount limitation in the chase app, I could not do it myself. One single employee was there to attend clients! Took 30 min to get attended. Bad experience. Would pick another branch or bank

Would give 0 stars if I could. This is after they can't seem to mail my card to the right address after 2 visits, this being the third, since December. Absolutely horrible customer service. While I'm depositing money with a cashier, she steps to the back to finish the transaction. Before I can even speak to her again, another bank teller comes over with my receipt and ID and while handing it over to me, starts telling someone to let me out the door. I told her I wasn't finished with what I needed to do. She told me they were closed and that the other teller wouldn't help me. Confused I looked around and another employee asked if everything was alright and if they could help. I explained I need to order a new card and she said the teller would have to do that but they are closed now. Again, confused why I was even offered help in the first place, the manager notices I'm still there and the bank teller tells him they are closed already but that she thinks I'm being helped already by the other employee. He comes to help me and tells me I can do what I need on the app and there is no need for them. He escorts me out the door after I ask him again if he is sure I can change the mailing address on the app. Sure enough I can't do it on the app, and he simply lied to get me out of the door. This place refuses to help you, even while you are already being serviced after waiting in line.

Went there to resolve a serious problem with my 81 year old mother. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes. I had to finally get up and ask someone for help. Once we spoke he said we needed an appointment and assured someone would call me back to set something up. Never happened. I explained that I was visiting for 2 days and needed immediate assistance. I eventually got an appointment with a nearby branch with much better customer care.
