I recently visited Charlotte Russe at the Boynton Beach Mall. While the entire mall stinks on ice, Charlotte Russe turned out to be the one redeeming factor in an otherwise disappointing shopping trip. The selection here is great. They have a nice variety of young ladies clothing, shoes and accessories. My daughters were thrilled to find cool graphic tees, shorts and pajama sets and I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices. I also want to mention, the staff members were friendly, helpful and very kind to my kids which was nice. Overall, I give Charlotte Russe a solid 4 star rating. I would recommend checking out them out if you happen to find yourself in the lackluster Boynton Beach Mall and are in the market for some new ladies clothing. With its solid selection, reasonable prices and competent staff, you really can't go wrong.

Went on Friday on my lunch break at 12 pm on Friday 2/5/21 .... took me 3 minutes to grab all the stuff I needed but waited on line for ever ... one cashier was ringing up stuff while talking to the other girl that worked there that wouldn’t even bother to take the next person on line .... I waited almost 20 minutes on line at the end I just threw my stuff on a rack and left.... Horrible customer service!!!!

No fitting rooms, plus the one employee working here 2/10/21 at 230pm wasn't wearing a mask. I DO NOT RECCOMEND COMING HERE if youre high risk. Absolutely unbelievable considering the pandemics been going on for a year now.

One of the cashier’s was beyond rude. The lack of eye contact was the least of my problems. She was on the phone the entire time cashing me out! I was trying to clarify a purchase and she spoke loud enough people in the back of the store could hear. And then there were shirts on the back counter I asked about where in the store I could find them TO PURCHASE and without even looking at me she goes “those are being folded, next person!” And continued her phone conversation. Like that’s not even what I asked.Like I get the store is closing but with that service we don’t want to help y’all close it. *Jamaican lady with red braids worked on December 19 about 2pm shift* SOMEONE SHOULD GO TALK TO HER

This was never my kind of store but they always had couple of random or sparkly items when you needed.... go to store for bling... sad to see another store go from the boynton beach mall.
