Terrible store !! After stopping on a different shoe store and buy some shoe cleaner we decided to go to champs to get some shoes . We were carrying the shoe cleaner on our hand . Wile we were asking for sizes . Some guy that I believe was the manager start asking questions if we pay for the product we said yes and he argued because they dit not remember us paying for it at his store (remember we are shopping at the moment not even leaving the store ) and why was not on a plastic bag . Pretty much accusing us about stealing the product from them . We show him the receipt from the other store and that was the end of the history. But it’s different ways to approach this situation. Not wile we still on there store shopping. We decide to walk away and the employees only laugh about it . Good thing it’s that the shopping mall have more stores to get shoes for a family of 6 . And with more professional and respectful employee.

A bunch of young people standing around; Dancing lookin in mirror. Finger combing their hair. Boynton Mall needs to close down.
