“Was in a jam and the ladies there helped me greatly. I’ve been going to this location and even though I started going because I was in a jam, I really enjoy my service when they are not busy. They try to get me in and out.
However, I do fine that some of the customers I wait behind are rude and disrespectful. Either they want something for free, try to blame the assistant for their card being declined or they have to wait a little for their car. They remind me that humans are special. I could never do this job. I respect the employees greatly”

“I was surprised and disheartened to see the negative reviews of JB Cruises/Vacations. My experiences with them have been nothing short of stellar. In particular, it's clear they've been doing this a long time. They know the nuances of all the ships across multiple cruise lines. Their descriptions and advice were always dead-on. The one time we'd arranged for a shuttle bus there was absolutely no problem. A clean and comfortable van arrived right on time with a very pleasant driver. I don't know why the other reviewers had trouble or who was really at fault. But if those experiences were typical then JB Vacations wouldn't have remained in business as long as they have. I suspect that the vast majority of clients were happy and so never bothered to write a review. I myself wouldn't hesitate to use JB Vacations again. My advice would be to talk to them and get your own sense of their abilities. And have an amazing vacation!”
