This morning, I went to Burlington for a return, and I was cheerfully welcomed by Jennifer. She was so kind, bubbly, thoughtful, and gentle. I noticed that she was like that with everyone, not just me. I love going to Burlington because they have great prices, but the lines are usually very long. That's why I go in the morning, right after they open. The cashiers are usually decent, but Jennifer is the nicest cashier I've encountered at Burlington. Jennifer, I'm not sure if you'll see this, but I want to thank you. Please continue to be who you are and don't let the nasty customers get to you.

Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's a disaster inside. The clothing department is extremely disorganized and does anyone even work there lol? The employees are like a wallflower; hence the disorganization.
