Had to Leave a Review, Cant get a return phone call. Cant leave a message because the company voicemail is full. Just trying to setup a service call for a machine from your store. Tried for a week. Apparently there is only one guy that handles service. I keep getting told they will make sure he gets the message and will call me before the end of the day and it just doesn't happen. I'm not going to keep calling. Maybe you can let me know who else might be able to repair.
Responding to Companies response. I have given you my info 3 times already so look for it. And that’s the same number I left my info three times. I’m not calling again. You find my info and call me back.

I am a beginner, an I will say walking in and seeing the mass variety of 8-ball products is a bit overwhelming. However all of the employees are super nice and are more than happy to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have on anything they carry. Definitely my favorite billiards store…

Crappy, Chinese made, particleboard/MDF tables that fall apart in less than a year. Don't be swindled by them. Look elsewhere and buy American!
