I had a complete knee replacement done in December 2022. I was fortunate to sign up with Bolduc PT for my recovery. Their level of expertise in administering my treatment was exceptionally high. Thorough measurements were taken to track my progress of recovery. There were several different treatments used in treating my swelling, stiffness and mobility. The therapists that I worked with , Lindsey and Christine, are professional, well skilled and knowledgeable in their hands on therapy and also very caring. I highly recommend Bolduc PT for anyone in need of this medical recovery.Very truly, John Cianciolo

Bolduc Physical Therapy (BPT) provides excellent physical therapy; coupled with an EXCELLENTAqua Therapy Program directed by Brian Kodim! Brian has customized my aqua therapy; given my complex orthopedic & muscle disorders. I have a known Christian Bolduc (Owner of BPT) for over 18 years and Chris has high standards for maintaining his clinic & providing an EXCEPTIONAL staff of professionals! You won't find a better clinic who can deal with all types of therapy including complex cases!

Austin did a great job! He evaluated my knee condition, set up a program to improve my flexibility and strength, and monitored over time. He is directly responsible for my improvements. I am now playing tennis and pickleball. Great job from the Bolduc team and especially Austin!

It is hard to get the proper care when your therapist is either busy using the computer or working with another patient

I have gone to Bolduc for several recoveries, however I am very unhappy that Chris Bolduc did not tell all of the patients who saw one of the physical therapists who developed COVID-19 several days after I saw her. I called Chris 10 days after I found out about her contracting COVID-19 and he assured me he was checking with CDC and would send a letter out to everyone she saw. I never received such a letter.

A tale of 2 situations - a year ago had a hip replacement - Dr. Brittany Lamb is amazing . I cannot say enough good things about her and how she assisted my recovery . This year had the other hip replaced during or just before this pandemic. My wife has a compromised immune system so I was looking for some cooperation to support social distancing . When I called to work something out, looking forward to working with Brittany again , I was told by the front desk guy they don't wear masks - I can if I want- gee thanks . I asked if they control how many people at one time and I got some vague answer. Seeing that this all sounded too risky, given the circumstances, I asked if we could do this telemedically. I had heard some facilities do this . I figured I knew most of the exercises from last year anyway , knew the therapist and she knew me, so this would be a great way to go - NOPE- the response was almost rude with a like a what's your problem with coming in attitude Today I'm at CORA PT and they are effectively handing me telemedically and I'm improving This place doesn't deserve Dr. Lamb.

I am writing this for my wife Brenda who was your patient. She was discharged for having to cancel an appointment. That was on account of her not feeling well for a reason that had nothing whatsoever to do with the reason for her being in physical therapy in the first place. Maybe you have not noticed the fact that the majority of your patients are not well. They all have different ailments. What happened to the caring, compassionate people that work for you? You do not even deserve a single star. I hope whoever reads this will find a physical therapy facility that employs caring people.

What a horrible experience we just had with a lady by the name of Jodi!! First she has no idea how to speak to an elder woman, secondly has no idea how workers comp works !!We couldn’t even get the right answers from her and she kept saying she did not want to transfer us to the office manager who we then found out was a but more respectful but definitely not knowledgeable!! Shari your running a circus over there !Called the next place for aquatic therapy and we have an appointment!!

I called Bolduc to set up a PT evaluation. I have many serious issues. I am working with medicare and medicaid as secondary as I am on disability. They informed me they do not take medicaid I would have to pay the 20% co-pay which would be about 20 bucks. I tried to work it out with them to pay $10 per visit and they refused. That would be 90% of the regular charges. It was all I can afford. I asked if they could bill me for the remainder and when I was able to work again I would pay it off. The response was well after we start billing you if you miss a couple of payments it will go in to collection. So after begging and pleading the office refused to see me if I could not pay the full amount. Bolduc was recommended by my Doctor so that is why I wanted to go there. Many of my issues are from 20+ years of volunteering as a firefighter/EMT in my hometown. I find there actions a disgraceful. People in the healthcare industry should bend over backwards to help someone in need. Because it is a business does that mean Christian values go out the window? How about plain old humanity.? You think they would be grateful that a Physician referred me to them and they would get 90% of usual reimbursement for someone who is disabled. Not the case. You have to make up your own mind if this greed and lack of humanity and bad morals is enough for you not to go there. They appear to be a good clinic but there are many other good ones with good hearts and better policies and a humane value system. Miller PT in Delray has a hardship policy which offers a $10 co-pay. That is what good and humane businesses do. I hope the management at Bolduc never go broke and have to rely on the compassion of other heath care professionals with the same philosophy as there own office. As for your response there was no miscommunication I told you what I can afford and you said no. You threatened collections with any late payment. I spent 15 min trying to work something out with you on the phone and said no to everything. You explained your policy just fine either pay what we charge or go somewhere else. Don't lie about what transpired. I am forwarding my review to local Doctors I hope denying care for 10 bucks was worth it.

Love the physical and aquatic therapy staff, but am furious with the office staff for misleading me on the prices. I was told from day one that they work with my insurance and they even had a discounted rate because of my insurance so that I could pay less. Don't misunderstand it still wasn't cheap to go there, but when you are doing physical therapy 2 times a week at $50 a pop and you are on a tight income, it can get to be costly. The worst was after I had already been there for 14 visits, I got hit with a bill, stating that I owed more money, so all that was said about the discounted rate, meant nothing. Make sure you get all the facts about how much you pay and how much will be going towards your deductible. Good luck.
