Boca Bearings is a company that is above the rest in service, having the bearings you need, and an excellent website! It's great to replace bearings instead of replacing the whole item. save $$$.

I learned about Boca Bearings from Grimsmo Brothers Knives a few years back, a very high end ($1,000+) folding knife company. (They have a great Youtube channel) They use ceramic bearings from Boca Bearings to make some awesome, smooth action knives. I live local, and I took apart an air purifier and it needed a small bearing, so I measured it with a ruler, yes a wood ruler, and found it was 6x6x19 mm. The phone associate got it for me for about $5, picked up at the door, and the purifier is fixed. Great company.

Have gotten bearings from them in the past. Good quality, no issues with the products. No way to order online and pick up in store without paying a shipping fee ( as of 9/8/20). Unable to purchase anything at their storefront location which makes for a wasted trip. Was told to place order online and then come pick it up in an hour , with no option on their website to pickup in store... you have to choose a shipping option to complete the order so you end up paying shipping fees just to pick your item up....

Outstanding customer service!!!I called with a question about a replacement steel ball for my guitar. The owner, Michael, came to the phone and told me he would be able to help me find a replacement part that even the manufacturer didn’t carry!!I came to the store and stood outside while Michael took a measurement of my bearing and gave me new ones which saved me buying a whole new guitar nut!!I am so grateful for this business and for Michael!!

This was my first experience with Boca and excellent! Jake was my sales person and genuinely cared about the customer. He spent the necessary time to make sure I was completely satisfied. Items arrived before the delivery date. When I opened the box there were complimentary items in the box at no extra charge. This kind of customer service is very rare. Please don’t change the way you do business! Thank for everything!

I got a real person on the first try. He was knowledgeable and VERY helpful. It's nice to have a company that wants to talk to their clients instead of sending them thru a maze of prompts.
