Today 02/18/2024 I was in the store to make my purchases. I had never had problems with any product but today I bought a piece of pork and it was in poor condition with a very bad smell that I had to throw it away.

It's disappointing when you continue to have a personal conversation after assisting and completing someone's return and you have another individual myself waiting to get serviced.

Horrible experience in that store and no manager in sight. Never again! I tried calling to speak to a manager and was put on hold 3x and no one picked up and that was for the prompt for member services. I guess they don’t care if anyone wants to join.

Garrett in the tire center takes his job seriously. And bangs out some quality service without hesitation. I have a BJs tire center 4 miles from my house. And two more within 8 miles. But I drive 20 miles one way becauseof the stellar service atthe Boynton Beach location. Garreti is a gem!

Getting everything I need for a family of 7 in bulk, great. Earning fuel perks for buying things I was gonna buy anyway, awesome. Using the app to avoid the lines in the store, priceless!

I go to BJ's and ask for a shipment that just came in today for Fairlife Protein shakes and the supervisor states that someone came in earlier and purchased an entire pallet. If members are only allowed to purchase 2 per customer, how can they allow someone to purchase an entire pallet and walk out with it? Then I ask when are they getting another shipment and they don't know when the next shipment is coming in.Does BJ's Club only get 1 pallet per month? Ridiculous!

This store has gone downhill fast. Empty shelves. Everything is dirty. No staff anywhere. No price tags / signs on products across the entire store. I waited 20 minutes for a simple return recently, only 1 person a the desk. They stopped filling propane due to "getting a new tank" at least a year ago. I've asked at the store and contacted customer service and they absolutely refuse to answer when they are getting a new tank. I suspect they aren't getting one since they never had the labor to actually fill the tanks anyways,The gas station awning leaks water while you pump gas. It's all rusted and obviously needs a roof. This has been ongoing for years. The new pumps have tap to pay and they immediately covered them up with a sticker "coming soon". - No they aren't.There is someone feeding feral cats in the parking lot which then attracts raccoons. I've run into a racoon in the parking lot more than once. This has been happening for years and complaints fall on dead ears. The Dunkin inside of the store closed long ago and was replaced with nothing. BJ's couldn't care less about the customer experience. Instead of dealing with simple issues they have a robot driving around the isles. I'll take the drive to Costco where they take pride in their business.

It’s been very useful to have BJ’s membership these days with the constant price increase on gas. I save between 10-20 cents per gallon compared to regular gas stations.Supermarket has better prices if you are shopping in bulk. You can also find prosecco and wine at a very good price.

I was at this location about three weeks ago. The line went from the front of the store all the way to the back of the bakery so I decided to be thrifty and utilize their online checkout. I scanned all my items out of my bank information and paid. Before I left the store, I returned an item because it was in the wrong spot. I went to exit and the person at the front door would not let me leave because apparently there was no barcode to scan. I told him multiple times that there was no barcode and I already made a return. He insisted I wait for the manager and go back to Customer Service. I already waited a significant amount of time in customer service to make my return. I once again showed him my receipt from my online purchase and offered to show my bank statement and was told I had to wait and I was not willing to wait any longer. I left the store and shortly after I was chased by the store manager on duty and another large gentleman. Outside, the heat index that day was over 105°. Again I showed them my receipt in my bank statement. I was told that the payment that I go through even though though I showed them a bank statement. I had two young children with me and was embarrassed in front of them and was not even paying enough attention to them to know if I have turned on the car and AC, potentially putting my children in danger which I’ve never done before. This is what I am most angry about. I was accused of stealing, yet I utilized their system. And it frustrates me the most that my children had to witness this and had to be outside of the hot weather because of their lack of communication within the store. I was later told that once I made the return there was no barcode available and that the person at the return desk was supposed to communicate with the person at the front door and they made a mistake. This is still unacceptable! I was harassed, embarrassed, defamed, accused of stealing, and most importantly, their harassment of me in the parking lot cause me to lose focus on my children which is the worst part. You chose not to have enough employees on staff to handle all the customers. As a solution you have an online check out system which you obviously don’t know how to utilize properly. Complete failure on the store in corporate and I will definitely be following through legally.
