Great prices and customer service overall but minus 2 stars as all curbside pickup spots were occupied by people who had parked there. Bj’s really needs to do a better job of regulating those spots as they should be for curbside pickup only! Defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead of time etc. if you have to find a parking spot and go inside to pickup order!

Tire center is seriously under staffed. 1 employee whom was extremely nice. Even after putting up with being verbally assaulted by customers. This location needs attention. Customer Service doesn't seem to be important and that should be cause for concern. I've waited 3 hours past my appointment time. RIDICULOUS!

2 produce items my Instacart delivered yesterday afternoon was absolute garbage! Brown, slimy broccoli and moldy, rotten blackberries. The produce manager needs to step it up and get rid of produce that is rotten so that Instacart shoppers aren’t bringing this to customers. Customers that pay more for this service. Very disappointing.

Keeping the bathroom clean is as important as keeping the store clean. Why? When there's fecal matter everywhere, people will take that onto the floor where the food is.
You can tell alot about a company, by how they keep the bathroom. And to be honest, I'm not fomd of Bjs so far. I just signed up for a membership

I must caution fellow shoppers to pay attention when purchasing meat from BJ's in Boynton Beach. On numerous occasions, I've encountered discrepancies in pricing and inaccurate weights, resulting in overpayment. Today's incident was particularly alarming; I intended to purchase hamburger meat, expecting the usual $14.99 price tag, only to find it marked at an exorbitant $29.99. Holding the package in disbelief, I initially suspected price manipulation due to Mother's Day, until I realized the label mistakenly indicated brisket.
Upon bringing this to the attention of a heavy-set gentleman in the meat department, his swift but careless resolution left me dumbfounded. Within seconds, he returned the meat, seemingly having merely swapped labels. Disheartened by the lack of accountability, I sought out a supervisor, only to find the desk empty and unattended. Attempts to communicate my concerns to an apathetic associate yielded no resolution, prompting me to abandon the item and depart feeling uneasy about the department's integrity.
I share this review not out of spite, but as a warning to fellow consumers to remain vigilant. The apparent negligence and questionable practices of certain staff members within the meat department warrant scrutiny, and I hope this serves as a cautionary tale for others.

The worst place to get gas, there’s a reason why it’s the cheapest. Saving $.10 a gallon. Isn’t worth the time or money. 10 gallons only saves you $1 and you will wait 20 minutes or longer if the pumps work

Again, maybe this dog is a highly trained service animal that can do amazing things. Or, maybe it’s just a dog sitting in a cart in a food store — two places where it doesn’t belong.

Today 02/18/2024 I was in the store to make my purchases. I had never had problems with any product but today I bought a piece of pork and it was in poor condition with a very bad smell that I had to throw it away.
