thought the place was closed. The person there would have been better off saying it was. Chose a couple of colors for some samples. Was told no samples - I had to buy pints. Asked for matte and satin each was told only matte or only satin. I don't understand why stores are left to lone employees who have no interest in actually selling product. I can't imagine how this place stays open. The quality of Benjamin Moore isn't worth that much insult to the intelligence. I could go to HD on Superbowl Sunday and get more enthusiastic customer service and actually get what I need.No surprise now why there's so few stores left.The samples were nominal cost but the amount we're ultimately buying is substantial. But definitely not at palm beach paints. He can go back to texting to his hearts content, we won't bother again.

Spoke to the gentleman behind the counter and says it's been slow I understand why the paint's about $8-10 per gallon overpriced as a contractor and I can only imagine what the prices look like when you walk in there without an account 100 bucks a gallon of paint that should be about $25 it's ridiculous

Where has this store been all my life? I stopped in for the first time to pick up a gallon of paint (the store I usually go to was out of stock). I walked out with the feeling that Palm Beach Paints truly values everyone who walks in the door and I should have been coming here all along. The guys were great, mixed my custom color perfectly and provided some good advice to ensure color uniformity with a gallon I already had. From now on I'll be driving the couple of extra miles to support this business.

Eder is amazing. He is knowledgeable, friendly and curtious. We spent 2 hours in the store trying to make a decision on a color and he was extremely patient with us and gave us good advice. You simply don't see this level of customer service these days. Will shop at this store going forward rather than Home Depot.

After purchasing paint, we soon realized the color was not right and too bright. We had painters scheduled at 10 am and brought the paint into the store at 8 am. Henry adjusted the color for us in increments until we were satisfied. And he was very nice about it!!!! Once we were happy with the color he proceeded to adjust and customize all four gallons, which eventually turned into six later that day. Henry had put a sticker with our new paint mixture on each can. He went above and beyond.

This place is a cut above the norm. I buy paint and stains often for my line of work and since I found this place, I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and like the owner, goes out of their way to make you happy and teach whatever you need to know. It is rare to find the type of customer service and the knowledge of their field the way you get when you come here.

Henry Benitez is an expert on paint. He knows his merchandise. Henry also goes above and beyond to answer questions and offer help. Buyer—and store owner—beware! The employees here are thieves. I bought a gallon of primer my contractor asked for in error. My bad, I paid cash and didn’t ask for a receipt. I went to return it a few days later, and the two employees in the store said they had no record of me making the purchase and refused to honor the return. I’m sure they’re in cahoots and the money went right in the employee’s pocket.Reply to owner: I purchased a gallon of primer and a gallon of paint from your store no more than three days ago. You said you didn’t have a record of me having purchased the gallon of crisp linen from you, either. If you have no record, that’s on you, not me. I purchased THREE gallons of primer for this job: one of which was from your store, zero question in my mind. You said you have record of none. That is simply not true. The employee who was standing right there while I spoke to you denied even knowing me even though I was just in your store two days prior and he spent about 20 minutes with me. Maybe this is a discussion you should be having with him. Sorry.
