Stephanie responded to a towing need after I wanted 3 hours for AAA to tell me it would be another 4 hours before their provider would arrive . I’ve been a AAA member for over 30 years and only used them for towing my car. They don’t contract with enough providers, Hence the members are the victims of compromise level of service that they profess to have. Don’t join AAA is my message; it’s not worth it I send a thank you to Stephanie and Beck‘s towing and recovery company in Boynton Beach for being so responsive and providing excellent service. That’s the kind of provider AAA should be contracting with one that is responsive, polite, courteous, and provides exemplary customer service. I only hope I get reimbursed for AAA for my costs of their inefficiencies and broken promises to their members, particularly there long term members.Service: Car towing

Donald provided fast, excellent service. We were broken down on the side on the interstate with our 5th wheel RV. He was there so fast, he towed us to the RV park and backed it into the spot. He was very knowledgeable about the area and knew exactly where we were and the destination.
