Anytime I go to this bank the minimum wait time to be helped is 45 minutes. I tell them what I need help with a they always say “oh, I’m not authorized to do that. Let me get you someone who can help”

No way to get help on anything unless you make an appointment and drive there. Ridiculous. No one ever answers the phone. Ever. They held up two online transactions paid on invoices for business account, I verified both they were not fraudulent, they cleared payments but never paid the merchant. And there is no way to reach a customer service person on the phone to fix it!

The WORST Bank Of America in town! You walk in and there are no tellers, you have to wait until someone in their office is available and then you can see a teller, could be a half hour or an hour. I have never seen a bank like this one. Find another branch, this one is not worth your time!

I got someone new named “Karen” and said that I have to pay a fee and I’m concerned because that’s the first time I’ve heard of it and it’s unfair that I have been going to the same store for a long time and they do this. Avoid this store the manager had no normal sense for customer service.

Horrible! Short staffed, no one answers the phone. EVER! Can't make appointment online because the appointment has to be with Merrill Lynch advisor and they don't give you that option online. Had to drive to the branch just to make appointment, the Merrill Lynch advisor was out for the entire day at a meeting and the person "subbing" for the branch manager "didn't have a computer" so she couldn't make the appointment. She took my name and number and said the Merrill Lynch advisor would call me next day. Never happened. All this just for a signature guarantee. So glad I'm "a preferred customer". Obviously that status is meaningless. I've experienced many instances of poor customer service, but this is the first time I've ever written a review, that's how bad this bank/branch is. Complete waste of my time.

Staff weren't very pleasant on my last visit. They close at 4pm so working adults can never go during the week. Everywhere online and their own website says they're open on Saturdays but this location put an end to that and don't tell you until you get to the front door and see a little paper print out saying they're no longer open on Saturdays. Absolutely ridiculous. Not drive thru teller option either.

Tried calling to make an appointment. They never answer the phone. Stopped trying after 3 days and 3 visits. Not enough people even to schedule an appointment or answer phone!!

This location since it's opening has never gotten its act together. It was then decided that they would shut down and stop the drive thru option. The fact that you have to walk into the facility for small basic things and whenever the ATM doesn't work is such an inconvenience. The staff there are far from friendly, extremely slow, and have no regard for their customers time; There is always the feeling like they are being inconvenienced by you being there.

Exellent customer service, Jason Burke was extremely professional, we went to that branch like a month ago, and it was an incredible experience, we received a 5 star treatment, great respect and professionalism, not in every place you will receive a treatment like that, thats why we decided to end business with chase Bank. thank you Jason .
