I recently visited the Backdraft facility in Florida. I was amazed. Everybody there treated me like family. from Frank, who I believe is the owner to the parts specialist Taylor and Ramse in the mechanics in the shop, everybody works hard to make it a special place. If you own a Cobra, you owe to yourself to visit this place. It’s amazing. I have bought many extras for my new Cobra here and every time the fit, Finish and part was exactly what I needed. Everything fit like a glove thank you Backdraft. I now have my dream car.

Ordered wheels 4 months and one week ago. Told they would be in 6-8 weeks. I called to follow-up and was told that individual in parts was let go. So I dealt with the parts manager. The daughter of one of the multiple owners. I was told the would be in about a little over a month ago. That they just needed to be unloaded at the port and would be in on that Friday, then that Monday, then that Thursday. So I have tried to follow-up and she will not return any of my voice mails checking on status. So I have continued to request a call back with none at all. So today I asked for a manager or one of the owners. After a long time on hold. A manager gets on the phone. I challenge him on status, he get very rude and blames it on covid. I advise him that I was told over a month ago it was in port here in Florida and now being told it is in the Bahama's as it has allegedly has been there now for a month. As I challenged the level of service (The Manager) got made and referenced that I submitted a negative review online. I did as I vented my frustrations with the lack of service and no returned phone calls. So since I gave this review he told me he was canceling my order and refunding my money and then told me to go F myself. What terrible management and would recommend you run from doing business with this company. My guess the parts manager is his daughter and he is protecting her. Wish I never bought a Backdraft Racing car. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Response to your response which again is you just not wanting to do anything. Who drove the trailer with the cobras to barrett jackson???? If you can drive them there you can pick up my cobra. I would absolutely agree there is an engine problem since the first day you dropped it off!!!!! I literally told you this after I drove the car for the first 10 mins!!! How about you schedule on your dime to pick up my cobra that you built and get you or whoever you had put the engine in the car and fix it so I can actually drive the CAR. Horrible customer service again!!!! Buyer beware of Backdraft Racing!I purchased my cobra May 2021. The moment it was delivered it had issues, I couldn’t drive the car for more than 10 minutes without it dying and the car was delivered without a radio. Backdraft picked it up and corrected it. The car again started dying and not running correctly. I contacted my sales rep Frank Dodd the father of the owner of Backdraft and he tells me they can’t pick it up because their drive lost his CDL license and they’re trying to get another one. This has gone on since 2021. Frank just ignores me now and when I did get ahold of him last month he said I am at barrett jackson still don’t have a cdl license. Frank doesn’t know that on Instagram it shows them delivering cobras on the trailer and specifically it shows the trailer at barrett jackson. Frank is a liar and I am completely disappointed in this company who just wants to take your money but can’t even deliver a cobra that runs for more than 10 mins. Hopefully this gets their attention and they do the right thing. You have my number.

Horrible service. Try factory 5 or super performance in California. Took a full year before my fuel injection issues were resolved. Had to install an edelbrock fuel injection. No help from warranty and or service. Over $6,000 in repairs for this alone. Multiple other issues - visors constantly loosen, several clutch issues. No help from owners except offer to buy back car at a high discount from sales price. Really miserable experience.

I highly recommend this company. I bought my car from them and they are amazing !!! very happy I own a 18’Gt 350 and 20’Gt 500 shelbys . I have to say their cobra is great handling , performance and looks ??? now I can’t keep my neighbors out of my garage......lol

Whole heartedly recommend Backdraft Racing! Our ‘65 Cobra 427 was delivered a little over 1 month ago. Quality throughout, it is a work of art! Took it to our first car show, and won a major sponsor trophy! Nothing is like the sound of the 427 Jack Roush Racing Edition engine. The smiles, thumbs up & hand waves are priceless. Well done BDR! #1776 is happy in Washington State.
