Rudy was great help assisting me with windshield wiper replacements for my wife’s VW. He noticed I was having difficulty finding the correct blades and he took the time from his regular work duties to help. His astute observation skills and attention to detail make for great employees. Rudy should be recognized for a job well done. Thanks again.

This is the WORST AutoZone EVER! I have had multiple problems with this location but today was the last straw. My husband bought an item from this location yesterday. He asked me today to return the item for him. I went to this location for the return the and they where was asking me questions I let them know "I don't know my husband just told me to return the item." He then said the item is used I won't return it. I called my husband who told me to ask for the district manager's number. When I went back in the person helping me saw me come back and instead of asking if I needed help or had any other questions he went right to the back when seeing me in line. I had to ask another employee to get the guy so I can speak to him. When asking for the number the employee Mike B turned very rude and stated its on the door. I said "ok well can you just give it to me?" (I did not have my glasses and the sun is right on the door making it difficult to even see the number especially since there is writing on the opposite side). The employee repeated himself pointing his hands this time to the door. My husband was on the phone and asked why he would not take the return and the employee replied "It was used" my husband then told him "Yes it was used and broke in the middle of me using it which is why im returning it. You can see its brand new bought yesterday." The guy then said with a rude tone said "bring the thing in im going to plug it in and if it turns on im not going to do a return." Once I brought it back inside I put it on the table and receipt next to it for him. He tried turning it on after he plugged it in and it would not turn on. He then turned his back to me without saying anything and brought the item with me and said rudely with his back turned "where's the receipt?" I then gave it to him. He then asked for the debit cared and stated he can't make a return without the debit card on file. I asked can you override it for cash. He told me "im not doing that" I told him my husband is at work I did not know I needed the same debit card but have him on speaker on the phone. This guy then started saying "im not risking my job." So I started asking for the store or assistant manager. The employee Mike's response was "Angle is the manager he is not here, I told you his number is on the door." I told him but I am also asking for the assistant manager which Mike replied "I am ONE of them." I asked "So your the assistant manger?" then Mike wanted to change his story to "No im one of the managers im the manager on duty." I wasn't going to argue so I took my stuff and struggled to get the district managers number since this employee refused to help and give it to me and left. The way this one employee Mike B treated me was very rude. I am coming for help and instead of helping me you are making me feel like I am a problem. I will be telling all of my family my story and friends so they know not to come to this location. I have been to other locations and they are so helpful and ready to try to help resolve problems. This location only sees you as a number and if its not a number to help their profit for sales then you are not an important number to them at all. Do not go here if you need any help. I will still be calling his district manager and regional manager to let them know how this store treats people who want help with returns.

On the first of the year when most everything is closed and everyone is hungover, my guy Lindsay was able to help me with the most professional and efficient conduct I have ever seen in an autozone. I do not know where autozone found him but, my experience continues to thrive with them because I continously meet people just like him at autozones around the area
