I went in to get my girls iPhone fixed, as the updates made her sin card obsolete.Carlos the manager and I believe Amelia got it working in no time at no cost. When asking about my Apple care+ to fix my camera, Carlos suggested an idea that got me the newest iPhone only paying the taxes and keeping my older one to be sent in and be fixed all cheaper than using AppleCare, adding a work line to my new phone and dropping my o real bill by $10 per month!! Now that’s service I can smile while I write about. Hats off to Carlos!! You’re the best buddy. Thank you so much sir for your help. I can’t wait to visit again!!!

Worst experience ever buying a new cell phone. The guy who helped was really nice ,and gave me his number for any questions,unfortunately when the number didn’t transfer over during my iCloud retrieval,I had to call to get his number McKayla thought she would be cute and break into my Instagram,and change my password,I called corporate and they immediately reprimanded her ,and realized she was committing a felony by doing this. I guess the conversation I overheard her having with another employee,about eating bugs ,and the weird jewelry in her teeth must of gotten to her boss. McKayla no longer works at this location. Gee,I wonder why. ?????

I had the worst experience of obtaining a new phone in this store. Aside of completely messing up the unboxing experience which is the best in getting a new iPhone (they opened the box, removed the protection without asking me if I would like to do this myself), their manager Ulisses turned out a real boor. He was absolutely disrespectful and tarnished the whole AT&T and Apple.

We lost a phone and when we visited the store to replace it we got the same story Jane W. related in her review. The associate said by adding another line we would save and instead ended up spending $275 more over 3 months. I cancelled the line and visited the store to request a refund. Mike Hume was very helpful and said he would request credit from the store manager. After 60+ days and no credit I visited and spoke to the store manager Ulyssses Nunes and he said he would talk to his supervisors next day and I should call him. I've left 2 messages with no return call. My advice DO NOT patronize this store. I plan to inform AT&T that the store management and the staff should be overhauled!!

Yall I gotta story. So I came to AT&T with an attitude per usual because these A-Andriod phones just ain't it. This is one of BEST AT&T stores hands down ?. They have INCREDIBLE customer service, are amazing at defusing attitudes lol, always greet customers, and help our complicated matters become simple. I get the honor of shouting out today's staff. Thank you Carlos (Manager today), Makailah, CJ, Jasmine, and Caleb. Yall made my whole day.I walked out with the new Galaxy S23 Ultra per trade-in, and let me tell yall be prepared to be sick of me. The best camera and video quality I have ever seen. Photo attached was taking off the Galaxy S23 Ultra. No make-up and no filter.#Team Andriod❤️?

Sign said they closed at 7pm, got there around 645pm door was locked with 3 employees helping one person. If hours say 7pm there's no reason to close early.

Michael, Tyler, Lily, Santos were amazing! So incredibly helpful and resolved all of my issues. They were very knowledgeable and professional and worked together as a team. I have been back to the store several times and each time I have never had to wait and have had a great experience. I highly recommend this location! Excellent!
