“I called Appliance King late this morning and spoke with a friendly gentleman who said they could have a serviceman out to my house between 12 and 3 to look at my leaking dishwasher. A few hours later Joe called to say he would be at my home in 15 minutes. He arrived around 2:30 and looked at the dishwasher. He determined that the water leak was not coming from the dishwasher. He also looked under the sink and determined that there was no leak there. He pulled the refrigerator and saw some water between the outside wall of the house and the floor. He went outside of the house to see if he could find water intrusion from outside and he could not. He gave me some leak detection companies to call and suggested I contact my insurance company, which I have done. Joe was very kind and I feel like he did everything he could to find the leak which is most likely hidden in the wall or under the floor. Since this is not something Appliance King repairs, I was not able to use their services, but I will not hesitate to use them for an appliance repair in the future. I highly recommend this company for the quick response and their outstanding customer service.”

“Home Depot was busy today. I couldn’t find a flat cart to purchase 2 toilets. After walking around the store and through the parking lot, I asked Pierre for some help. He walked the parking lot and store with me in search of a cart. We finally found one. Pierre loaded the two toilets onto the cart for me and pushed them to the register. He then told me to bring my car around and packed them both into my car. I tried to give him a tip as a thank you gesture and he declined. Pierre, you are top notch and made my shopping experience a pleasure. Thank you!”

“We ordered a refrigerator from the store and unfortunately it was damaged upon delivery. We needed to work with an associate at the store to ensure return of the damaged refrigerator and delivery of the new refrigerator happened as close together as possible. I worked with Dolan in the appliance section, and he was unbelievably helpful. I was very worried that it would not be an easy process but he assisted in our new purchase and called Home Depot corporate to have the pickup and delivery happen on the exact same day. I am extremely grateful to Dolan and appreciate how easy he made a stressful situation.”
