“Our experience here so far has been stellar! We initially encountered some logistical challenges on our part during the application process (Totally our own fault), and the office was more than accommodating to us. Sophia and Angie were both spectacular during the process, and Joey was an absolute rock star in helping us finalize things! He's informative, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The apartment is very comfortable, and was in great condition when we moved in. Nice, clean and spacious! The ceilings are high, and sound proofing is great. Our unit looks out over Congress and the neighboring restaurants, but the construction does a great job of dampening sounds. Even the sports cars blazing loudly down the road are just a minor inconvenience at most for us!

We have two puppies, and both have adapted quite well to the new place. We're on an upper floor, but it's not too much effort to get to an outdoor space where we can walk them. There's nearby walking paths and dog parks, definitely a pet friendly location!

We've yet to utilize the fitness center or pool, but both are inviting and we're excited to try them. There's grilling spaces around the pool and another in a courtyard for the 2nd building. Speaking of which, there are two buildings for this property that straddle the parking garage. We have two spots assigned to us (A second spot is available for an additional cost), both are within a convenient walk to the apartment.

We've taken the time to create a comfortable nest for ourselves here, and are happy we found this wonderful location. Thank you again for everything, folks. :-)”

“Chris Zaskey has been amazing from day one! Before moving in, he was super communicative and answered the million questions that I had with no hesitation. Since living here for almost a year now, Chris is still my go to person in the management office. He goes out of his way to listen to my concerns and works super hard to make sure that they get addressed accordingly. Thanks for always being so great Chris! I am giving four stars because of the many parking issues, even though they have been addressed.”
