I’ve been going to the store for about 15 years but lately there’s a redheaded woman there. I don’t know if she’s a manager or what but today she pretty much accused me of putting a coupon on a tequila bottle and said she would honor the coupon like she was doing me a favor like I put the coupon on the bottle. I don’t actually stock the shelves. I told her and I don’t know how to keep on got there, but it was there and I don’t actually work there and she said I told you I was gonna honor the coupon. She yelled at me, she fired no customer service

This store has really gone downhill. They used to greet the customers and offer to help you find things. During my last visit two days ago, the only employees present, aside from the lone cashier, were a couple of guys goofing off. When I got home I noticed I had been overcharged $25 for a bottle of 12-year-old scotch. They charged me for a large bottle instead of the smaller one I actually bought. My bad I suppose. Buyer beware. I'll never set foot in there again, however, and neither should you.

Decent beer selection. Sometimes they have much better prices than that Total Wines store that will steal your money even on basic items like Budweiser.
