This place is amazing! The staff, and customer service is 100 % incredible. Most of all, the security is phenomenal! Maintenace, is what I love the most. They are always on time, I trust them so much, thy are welcome into my apartment any time. The ladies who clean also are lovey and sweet. The manager is theeee best!

Just moved in several weeks ago. I love my apartment. The finishes are fantastic. The amenities are great - infinity pool, a real gym, movie theater, conference space, bowling even a doggy spa and bike storage room. Plus the car garage is a must here. J and Lisa both super helpful as well. Would highly recommend living here!

Excellent manager. Pool is very clean as is entire pool area. Good restaurants on first floor of complex! About 4 blocks to the beach. Parking garage parallels building so you are able to park on your floor!

Update: I had a package stolen from the mail room. There are no cameras in the mail room and I will be filing a police report. I asked to have the hallway security camera footage reviewed. No one followed up with me after reviewing the footage. If you live here just know your packages may be stolen from the mail room and there is little help that will be provided.

To be honest, the area is pretty convenient since you’re near places you would need. But when it comes to the actual complex, it’s way too ghetto for an apartment especially the cost of living despite the description. Where I am my dog gets anxious and starts barking in the middle of the night because of the people yelling and fighting in the hallway. The manager is as ghetto as people they let in; this woman actually raised her middle finger at me because I was standing outside her office waiting for her to resolve my issues. The other staff may have their hands tight to resolve issues.
Rent cost goes by their mood; almost $3000, on top of paying electricity to FPL, they charge $30 for electricity every month for their so called for amenities, let say there are 300 residents, they give you $9000 a month they charge residents for electricity; Not counting other amenities fees.
They only give access to the building to one person. God forbid something happens to you and you can’t come home; no family members will be able to come help your kids. They told me the police will help.
For $3000 monthly, you feel incarcerated, living in a mental institution, or perhaps in a nursing home. 9:00 PM to 9:00am, there should be no noise per management, meanwhile most of the nights, you can’t sleep because of fights.
If you know can’t afford it, don’t move in; you’ll be kicked out on the first month due.
Let me not talk about maintenance.
