I broke a glass globe, one of six that cover the bulbs in an outdoor chandelier. I stopped by Wilson Lighting to see if they had anything like it. They didn't but Leslie was very helpful and found where to order the replacement after I sent her pictures of the fixture and globe. Great and easy to deal with.

I never feel that the salespeople are interested. We walked in and lady sitting behind the counter says hello can I help you? We tell her and she says, "Oh, that will be hard to find", have a look around. No offer to show us what they had, or look at their online offerings. Found what we wanted at Lightning First, where the people were very helpful.

Great customer service . Installers were right on time and installed 2 fans flawlessly in about one hour . Covered the floor in their work area and left the room as clean as it was when they arrived . Will definitely buy there again.

Amazing customer service! I purchased a lighting fixture there two years ago and needed assistance to make some adjustments after moving … Although the piece is now discontinued, the manager, David, along with Leslie and Jose, went the extra mile, and helped me solve my issue! Can’t recommend them enough.

Overall, a great customer experience (before and after). When we outfitted our newly renovated home we shopped several local lighting stores and eventually settled on Wilson. They had a very diverse selection of products, including quirky and unique items, along with standard items at fair prices. David Bradley took care of us from the beginning, helping us figure out what would work for our needs. What a great thing to have a resource that we could collaborate with. Along the way a couple of our Minka fans had issues (no fault of Wilson) and one of our exteriors LED fixtures needed to be replaced. In both cases, we got a super quick turnaround and resolution, which included having their team come out to our home on Sanibel (major added convenience). Indeed we could have gone to Home Depot or Lowes, or bought online, but price isn't everything. It feels like these guys are into cultivating customers for life, and they certainly have won us over.
