A wonderful store. Staff helps everyone. Can't beat 2/4/1 days on meat & fresh shrimp! Bakery is always full of great bread smells. Look for the $1 fresh or Cuban bread

I was at the one on Beach Road yesterday. I had seen lobster tails in their flier. There was something wrong with these. After cooking, it was impossible to get the shells off the meat. What a mess. And at nine thirty AM they were not readily available I had to ask and wait while a young man went looking for them. Bread had not been stocked yet. The Brussels sprouts did not look good. Produce in general was skimpy.

This is the WORST Store I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It is a complete waste of time to go there - they never have the most basic ingredients. Or if they do have them, the quality will be lacking. The employees are sour, because they are so tired of customers complaining. I went in for 4 things on the way home - cilantro, green onions, hoisin and sesame oil. The cilantro was withered and dull, the green onions were slimy and they did not carry (or could not find) sesame oil. This was my last time ever going to Winn Dixie, but it was representative of every single experience I have had with them. I just keep hoping people will stay away, so they go out of business, and then we can get a decent store.

I found the employees very helpful with everything! Very cheap prices! Normally i don't buy a lot of stuff, but I couldn't help myself! Always looking at new things and wanting to try fresh meats, seafood, deli, etc. I bought a few lottery tickets for my first tickets out of my home-state and won $50! I only spent 15 so I came out on a high note!

No stars. Stopped in for a lottery ticket and no one knew how to do it. Is that crazy? Told me to come back later. At the very least the service desk should be manned. Where are the managers? Winn-Dixie who is really owned by BI-Lo has no idea what customer service is. If the managers can't properly set the schedule than I can shop elsewhere. Went to this location at 1pm today. No one at customer service desk. No one at service desk. Employees looked short staffed. Got my nails done and came back at 3pm. Even busier and no help at service desk. Not to mention the same carts were still not moved from 2 hours prior. Shop Publix. Always staffed. Better, fresher goods and the best service right to your car. I really don't know how Winn-Dixie stays in business. I'm only giving a star because I have too.
