Buyer Beware in regards to shopping this store online. I bought a dress and returned due to fit. The store does not reply to emails. I finally reached out via phone, and had communication with the store, since my return was sent back to me, due to they had moved to a different unit. I have been trying to call the past month, to see when my Credit would post, and no answer on the calls. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to receive my Credit.

I love Well Read Department Store! It has beautiful and unique clothing, accessories, and gift items that I don't see anywhere else. And the service is just the way I like it - attentive and helpful when I'm ready for it. More than once, Robin (the owner), and her team have helped me find an item that I really wanted and couldn't find anywhere else! It's a great place to shop!

I love shopping at Well Read. I'm hard to fit at 5 foot 1. They let me take my time trying things on and always help me pick out just the right looks! My husband loves sitting on the sofa visiting with all the shoppers and the shop dog.

Wonderful, curated shopping experience. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They suggested I try selections from a brand I was unfamiliar with - Luukaa . Spot on recommendation. I appreciated that they assessed my style...versus telling me what my style should be. Looking forward to my next visit.

Who doesn't LOVE to sip prosecco while shopping! Well Read has the best selection of all the things I like to wear. Johnny Was, Alembika and French Kandy jewelry....I find the most unique things and the staff is always fun to work with and happy to help you find just the right thing!

Really cute clothes! A bit pricey but things you just don't see normally. The store is decorated nicely and has nice accessories and gifts. And of course a couch to rest if you're not the one shopping
