“These people are very kind. My mom has been using them for years and when she had to put her last dog down, I went with her, and they were so kind and compassionate. Recently I had to get my dog checked out because his anal glands needed to be expressed, and I don't like bringing him to places like this because he has had really upsetting experiences with both groomers and vets, but the staff was super sweet and made him feel comfortable! I kind of stopped taking him to vets and groomers as much as I could because he'd always come home traumatized.The vet (Dr. Monk) immediately got on my dog Ernie's level on the floor and connected with him. He is feeling so much better now! I live in Fort Myers so it's a little bit of a drive but it's worth it because these people I know are kind to my dog.”

“My Angel Cake has anxiety that is so hard to tolerate, but everytime she comes to the vet they are SO accommodating. In recent years she is no longer animal friendly, they clear the lobby for us entry and exit. Prices are fair, they always listen to all our concerns. Super shout out to the vet tech for cutting Angel Cake's nails. You deserve a medal!!”

“Every vet, tech, and all assistants are wonderful..they went above and beyond for my ricco! ( not an easy boy) unfortuatly ricco was attacked by another dog 2 months ago...they tried every avenue possible before my decision to put him down ...they spent months dayand hours to try to help him ..they were so empathetic and understanding. There is no where else as professional and family like! Thank you each and everyone of you! You treated him like family and you'll always be a part of ricco and myself! Especially Dr Kitchen! ...she is truly there for the animals...aswell as all of the staff”
