My screen protector needed replacing, fortunately I had an insurance plan. Unfortunately every store I visited including this store, did not have the product to fit my particular phone. Jackie, one of the fine folks at the Bonita Springs Go Wireless, took the time to help me and solved the problem. With the approval of her boss, Jackie found a similar sceen protector, removed the old, installed the new, and showed me how to take care of the new product. Once again my phone is protected. Thank you Bonita Springs Go Wireless, your kind staff rocks. I highly recommend this store.

Nothing but great things to say about this location! I’ve been using them now as a loyal customer for 2 1/2 years. Specifically I have to give MUCH thanks to Adolfo & Dorian - they’ve gone above and beyond for my family and I! We are very very happy with our purchases and services received! You won’t be disappointed going to this store!

No one likes cell phone companies since you kind of feel like they are trying to scam you somehow. However, I would describe a true Verizon store as a hidden gem compared to GoWireless.

Not transparent on prices and tried to add on a bunch of extras. I was buying a new phone and they told me they'd put a screen protector on it for me. They never asked or mentioned it would be an extra charge, just went ahead and did it. They also signed me up for their Verizon Protect plan which I told them I didn't want. It is a recurring monthly charge. Just got the bill I saw that they signed me up anyway...

I have an iPhone 7 that I use for work to reach customers and for GPS to get from Job to job unfortunately it started freezing when entering phone numbers and the battery was going bad it needed to be plugged in nearly all the time I desperately needed a new phone particularly one with a bigger screen I Googled the closest Verizon store and headed there not expecting much because more often than not even having worked in retail myself the salesman more often then not ignored me or give me the run around just to get rid of me but not Jonathan B he was patient he listened was friendly and very helpful and now I have an awesome new iPhone 11 Max! And a New favorite store thanks GoWireless! I’ll be back for sure!

Maybe he was having a bad day, but Eddie was difficult to work with. I am a teacher, and came in to ask about teachers discounts. He was very quick to shut me down, and made sure to repeat that he knew what he was doing, and that I didn’t. He never ended up giving me the teachers discount, but when I called customer service the next day they stated that I should have received it, and got it set up for me. Eddie also told me I would have been able to get out of the store sooner if I had the ability to make up my mind. Like I said, could have just been a bad day for him, but just watch out, as he seems to only think of himself. Other than that switching to Verizon has helped me get service in areas I previously couldn’t which is great!

Went into Verizon and spoke to Jonathan about switching from Sprint. He was knowledgeable and helped me through the process. Gave me the best deal he could and took care of setting up the phones properly before we left. If you want someone who knows there stuff talk to Jonathan or Endy!

I went in today to buy a new phone because my screen went bad on my old phone. I saw online what the price was and was buying outright not doing payments. The guy quoted me 10 more dollars and said I was required to get a screen protecter because I wasn't getting insurance. So then when he went to get the screen protector I asked for the price with taxes before the screen protecter. It was 30 more dollars than what it should have been with the calculated taxes. Hmmmmm So he tried to tell me that it is different blah blah blah . I left , went to the coconut point verizon store, got the same phone in 10 minutes and 30 dollars cheaper than he was trying to get me to pay . Sorry dude this woman isn't dumb!

We came here to upgrade a phone from our current line and the experience was amazing and quickly. Adolfo was the representative that helped us and he offered much help and knowledge. I would recommend if he is available, go with him! He will know what to do and with a positive attitude.
