She is a pleasure to work with.The event was a complete success thanks to the efforts of staff and kitchen. “Great rainy day activity with the family in Naples! We really liked the variety of games. The other axe throwing places I've been to only had the painted on target, this interactive display allowed us to play many different styles of games that kept us entertained for the full hour! We had 4 players and played slow so if you are also a slow player with a bigger group, I would recommend the 90 minute option.”

“I'm leaving out a star for the price of what you get.... i will says its verrry small , but really good for kids age 2 under. Would not recommend a kid over 3 there ... you'd be better off at the galisano museum for an older kid... the only way I would go is by donating a kitchen toy on Wednesday and you go for free... otherwise simply not worth the price. Staff was nice , place was clean.”
“We had the loveliest vacation here with our three kids (1, 5 and 8)! The hotel is beautiful, the bathrooms are newly renovated with gorgeous marble and great products, and our room was spacious. The food is delicious - we especially loved the breakfast buffet, poolside lunch and pina coladas and both Ria and room service were excellent for dinner. My kids spent hours upon hours in the pool / lazy river / water slides, and we loved the pint sized splash pad for the baby. Last but not least, the service was truly exceptional. We called for more towels one evening and they arrived within ten minutes, and everyone was kind and friendly and helpful. We have zero complaints, and can’t wait to come back. It was a very special vacation!!”

“Rooms: Rooms are old but very clean. Room service is one of the best that I’ve ever had.Safety: Very safe & helpful staff positioned everywhere.Food & drinks: Best room service breakfast we’ve ever had & very quick.Noteworthy details: Beach is a 5 min air tram down a wooden deck through the mangrove.”

“Do not sleep on this resort! The grounds are gorgeous with several pools to choose from, a lazy river and water slides, plenty of restaurants and bars and a coffee/ice cream shop. We’d come back in a heartbeat, it was difficult to leave.
Just like anything, we figured things out just as our trip came to an end but here’s a few tips-
Self park in the garage, it’s cheaper
Once you park in the garage, find the other door to the grotto and use the P level for your trip. You can access the pool and garage easily and probably won’t run in to too much interference since you’re avoiding the lobby.
Cool off in the waterfall pool, it’s so refreshing!
On your lounge chairs, there’s a flag you can raise that will alert the staff you’d like food/drinks and they’ll come by to take your order and bring them right to you
Get a pool view room, it’s unbelievable
Take the ferry to the island (make a resy online) and look for the dolphins! Listen to the captain when he tells you where to look, thanks Al and Mike!
There’s an arcade and a restaurant that probably don’t get too much traffic, find those if you please
Walk the grounds at night, it’s so peaceful and pretty
Enjoy yourself and thank me later
The staff was great! It did get busy by the pools on Saturday (since they had over 200 day passes!) and the island was busier on Sunday but we always found a lounge chair and didn’t have any difficulty getting food or drinks.”
