I want return my package and workers in store UPS 24600 Tamiami TR,212, Bonita Springs, workers over churches $15 for box. I tell I don’t need box for $15, I need bag or envelope. He’s- NO this have be box because of regulation. I returned to home and picked my envelope what I had delivered and used that envelope. That was a 3.50 pm at 7/27/22.Workers lying to me and overcharged price want suck all money .Costumer service bad so bad.

I love going to this store when Katherine is working but otherwise, I would NEVER go to this store. They have the most rude young men working in this store that I have ever seen working in a customer service role. We are about to move out of state but in the meantime, I will NOT be going back to this particular store. They obviously have NO customer service skills.

I have stopped going to this store even though it is 5 minutes from my house. I was going to this store and putting up with the unfriendly people for many years until I had an experience that sent me over the top. I had some important legal papers that need to be boxed and sent. I wanted to watch the documents being boxed. With the store filled with other customers, I was told that this wasn't necessary because they shipped important documents for some very important people all the time. I said I wasn't interested in what these very important people did, only what happened to my documents. After too much discussion, they boxed them .... but out of my sight anyway. That was the end of my business with them. Will never return to that store again. I now drive to either the store at Corkscrew & Rt 41 or Bonita Beach Road & Rt41. Both locations are very customer friendly and helpful.

Booked an appt to have a paper notarized, when I arrived they didn’t have a notary in the building and said they “don’t do appointments” - when I pointed out that I had made the appointment on their website and had a confirmation email, the response was that I should try a different UPS Store. Not even an apology. Took time I ff work for nothing

Most unusual customer service I've ever experienced. Rude younger man with brown greasy hair working there. not sure if it had been longer since the store was vacuumed or sinced he had washed his hair. Kinda looked like a secondhand store after a long day.

Absolutely miserable staff that know zero about manners or customer service. Look, understand that you are not doing me a favor by accepting my UPS package. By the way also lose the cocky attitude.

I have visited this location previously, and witnessed first hand how the employees, 2 men who I assume are the grandchildren of the owner treat patrons. One in particular has the personality of a slug, and he is very inappropriate and unprefessional.I went in there yesterday to return an Amazon Package and pulled up the bar code, and handed it to the man. He just looked at me and said "can't you read". NOT having my reading glasses on I said, NO. He then continued to belittle me.This goes to show, you do not hire family, they do not care!

The couple that own this franchise are generally nice. However, I had an Amazon return of 5 of the same item on the same order. “No label, no box, no problem.” Unfortunately, it was a big problem. And wanted me to pay for a box and packaging. I tried showing them my instructions, not interested. “Take it up with Amazon”. This location, and they aren’t alone, they don’t see Amazon customers as a real customer. But if we didn’t buy off of Amazon and have returns, their revenue would be a lot less.Since I had good experiences in the past, I honestly expected an apology, “so sorry, but we can’t do this. I’m not sure why it says that.” But they were very hostile and defensive. Very disappointing.

Younger man is rude, cocky and unkept, quite often you can tell what he had for dinner the previous evening on his uniform. Driving north or south to another UPS store is a great idea.

Very rude young man. As a senior being technology challenged trying to return an item with a label that needed to be printed I got no help whatsoever. Everything was answered by his "can't do that" and an uninterested attitude. Never going back to this location.

Always difficult. Never friendly. Customer service is at a minimum. Older clerk refused to look for pkg. i found it sitting on a shelf right behind her. They really don’t like dealing with Amazon returns.

The lady that assisted me with my Amazon returns was so incredibly pleasant. I was greeted warmly, my items were processed with efficiency, and I was thanked for my business. I didn't feel rushed and left feeling confident everything was completed without isssue.

They need to hire someone. One person can’t do everything. Always a line and slow slow service. Unfair to peoples time.
