Ginger, TJ and Mike are friendly and goes above and beyond providing amazing customer service. I've been here different hours in the day and they handle difficult customer so well. I need their patience in my life. It's very easy to return Amazon packages here and fax documents.

This UPS location is amazing!!! Especially Ginger, all the employees at the counter including truck drivers trying to maneuver in a small parking lot to pick up the packages have enormous patience and kindness. A very, very, busy store they greet everyone with a smile and keep their smiles going even when customers are rude and arrogant. Keep up the good work you ALL deserve a raise.

I walked in with my service dog and yelled at by the owner that only true service animals are allowed. I have a legit service dog. She’s perfectly behaved and officially outfitted. It’s obvious my service animal is the real deal. Rude. I was embarrassed and walked out. Never to return. I’ll drive across town when I need a UPS store rather than ever going here again.

I came into this store to return an Amazon item. Mike could not have been more helpful! He was knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and patient. He even helped me with printing a document that I needed. I can’t say enough about what a good experience this was, especially in the heat of “season” down here in SWFL. Thank you Mike!

Store hours say they close at 6:00pm, but I arrived shortly before 6:00pm and the lights were off and doors were locked. Oh well.

Customer service is not apparently in their world. Won't come out from behind the counter to assist with working the copier. Said to just "estimate" the number of copies. Asked for help and told by the manager that I was rude and used an improper tone. I owned a UPS store for 10 years and if my employees treated a customer that way I would have immediately "retrained" them. Will not be going back to this location.

Ginger is so very rude. If you want everyone out of your store at exactly 6:00, even after they have waited in line you should change your hours. "She will have to come back tomorrow" is terrible customer service.

Called to confirm they had shredding services and then brought 35 pounds of paper to shred and had the coupon for up to 10 pounds free shredding when paying for 10 pounds--clerk looked at the coupon and manager said we dont honor those!! I was shocked but paid the $35 and made a mental note not to trust this store in the future....
