This storage facility was amazing!!!! it was so clean and so secure. the code system works perfect never a glitch. It's so safe inside no matter what time you go. The cleanliness was so impressive !!! I would absolutely use them again and if you want to find a great storage place this is it!!!!!

Although the pricing is sky high, the man at the desk was very accommodating and very helpful. My move in was easy and quick. 5 stars for the service from the man at the desk, not for the whole company.

Lock Up in Bonita Springs, FL is outstanding in every way! First, you’ll encounter some of the most professional customer service personnel in any industry! Shout out to Gregory and Kevin! Your next experience will be touring their facility. It’s clean, appropriately climate controlled and the multi level floors are well managed with the use of an elevator. The overall facility is tremendous, convenient, and a surprisingly positive experience (considering we were moving)! Lock Up rocks!!

The sign up process was easy and quick. Other than a copy of my homeowners insurance coverage nothing else was required except a signature. Orientation was efficient and I was able to use the facility with no help two days later. Security seem good and they facility is spotless .
