My floors were installed two years ago and they are still beautiful! Simply, beware of salesman Bill Herman! Up charges of 25% by the time the job was done.

Our new luxury plank flooring is beautiful, and the install process was great. Pam was our dedicated sales rep, with support from Sara, Melissa and Mark scheduling of measuring, install, moisture testing accomplished. With so many home remodeling projects going on in SWFL post-Ian, this business came through. Took two visit instead of one due to crushing demands, but the install crew of Simon and two other men handled all the details to install new flooring in our master and guest bedrooms. The crew moved all the big pieces of furniture plus disposed trash (took with them) and vacuumed the floors. Very respectful, courteous and professional install team. Highly recommend this local business!

If you need carpeting replaced, check out Taylor Carpet One on Bernwood. Our sales associate, Julie, was thorough and conscientious in getting back to us. Installer, George, spot on... meticulous (with not damaging baseboards), professional, quick and friendly!

We recently did a somewhat complicated flooring job and purchased our LVT from Taylor Carpet One. Bill Herman was a real pro who guided us through the process and the installation department was top notch. Melissa was in constant contact about the demolition, prep and installation. Outstanding results!

We needed a new stair runner at my mother's condo and she initially went in to work with Pam. Doing our due diligence, we got other quotes but decided to go with Taylor One since we had used them in the past for our own flooring. We had some time initially to have the carpet installed but because of a family emergency, we had to get something in in a matter of days. Pam and Connie were incredible to work with! I called with my need, they responded quickly, we picked something together in store, and they're getting it done... with a great price. So thankful for their expediency and great customer service!

Excellent customer Service AND Excellent Results.Mr. Bill Herman was very diligent, he explained options to us, he took time to find the best material to fit our needs. Then the installation people were super nice, responsible and the results were really good. I strongly recommend Taylor Carpet One of Bonita Spring. :)

I have had serious problems with this business. 2 years ago I picked out flooring for my new house. I received a call that those floors purchased had to be changed to a very similar floor. I arrived from out of state to close on my house and flooring was changed completely. I saw so many problems from discoloration to chips to knot holes to vibration etc. The company hired an independent contractor, who probably worked for them. He saw my tons of blue tape and had an excuse for everything. I was shocked. They wouldn't fix anything. It is now 2 years later and wood is chipping. The gentleman, they sent out said I might have dropped something on one of the boards but did not disagree about other board. 3 weeks went by and Taylor Carpet One asked me if another person can look at floor. He came to my house and touched up the cracked wood. One of the cracks didn't work being touched up. It needed total replacement and it made it worse. I expressed I had the replacement boards in my garage. He stated, "I doubt if the company will do anything for you". It is now a month later and the email state they wouldn't fix it and I can get a dollar amount estimate. This is disgraceful as I have a written 10 year warranty on floors. It would have taken 15 minutes, with the wood in the garage, but instead this company chose to send 2 men out and waste all of our time. All said and done, as a past reputable business owner for 34 years this is bad business and lack of customer service.

Love our floor, but be ready for extra charges. Installers were excellent, and very little dust from removal of tile. Company should notify customer of failure to pass moisture test before they dig up tile. We were warned that moisture could be a problem, but we should have known failing results, with remediation cost before they remove our tile. Also extra money for leveling floor.

-READ THIS BEFORE USING THEM---In January, my wife and I decided to make the investment of putting new floors in our home, we met with Bill at the Bonita Springs location who started showing us some samples. We have been shopping around and were somewhat familiar with the brands available. When we found a sample that we liked (mirror lake brand), I asked Bill what the difference between that product and the other product (revwood) that we were looing at (at a different store) and he stated it was far more superior. Fast forward THREE months later, the product gets delivered and low and behold it is the revwood brand. Turns out, they just put a different label on the sample in the store and charge you more for it. Next trick they will use is for "Moisture Mitigation," this additional form of profit can be done on your own for $500 and only takes two coats and two hours to complete, not $3k. Lastly, they will try to get you with leveling, we had an issue with a low spot from a prior remodel, it took 21 bags of ARDEX self leveler which retails at $30 per bag, they charged me another $2500 for that, which only took about 1-2 hours to complete. I ran into the leveling issue again in my master bedroom, luckily, I did it myself with a contractor friend for $3-500, and they tried to get me for ANOTHER $2500. I didn't expect to have a 30% overage on this job, nor was any of that ever explained to me as a consumer. They will try to intimidate you and use the leverage of your house being torn apart to profit on you. My advise is to stay away, and if you choose them , tell them the quote is not to exceed the amount given. I understand that there are unknowns that come with any assignment, but not to be taken advantage of, especially after waiting FOUR months for a job to get done and being patient.

We replaced the carpet in our newly purchased Bonita Springs condo with LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) throughout, while in our western NY state home. I was initially concerned about how this would work long distance. I cannot say enough praise for the professionalism of Taylor Carpet in Bonita Springs for the entire project. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard on this job. Special thanks to Billy D. for keeping me up to date every step of the way and her endless patience and Connie C. for her guidance and support. They went above and beyond to make me happy. We have seen pictures of the finished flooring, but we have just arrived here in Florida and the floors are perfect! Thank you again, Karen
