Tax Savers is an excellent place to go for your tax return needs. I had a great experience there. The staff is very professional and personable. I would highly recommend them and are going back to file 2023 taxes.

Not experts as they claim to be. Not transparent on pricing. I Am sure there are better places in town. We personally know two other people who felt their returns were not handled properly, important details missed, and felt the pricing was outrageous.

This lady is a thief. Had probably the most simple tax return that is possible. A w-2, a 1099 from unemployment, and a 1099 from Florida state lottery for winning $800. In the initial meeting she said this is simple and asked if I wanted to wait while she prepared it. Then quickly changed her mind and suggested that I come at a later date to retrieve my return. I came back to the appointment to receive a $325 bill which any accountant could have performed in 20 minutes. Screw me once! DONT USE THEM, THIEVES! So went back today to question why I was charged this amount for a 20 minute return. She had the nerve to tell me the the closer it gets to tax deadline, she’s doubles her rates. Are you kidding me, insane! Wouldn’t wish her upon my worst enemy! BEWARE!

Don't dare walk in the Door. I asked how much you charge for your services , was jokingly told an ARM and a Leg by the owner. She had the Gall of charging me $885 for a simple Federal and State retum, and explains that we sold a house. I said YOU DIDNT SELL A HOUSE I DID. I will never recommend or use any of her services. I told her it was Highway robbery. She laughed, I didn't. NOT FUNNY BEING SCREWED.
