Help me Help Me Help me. Susan Heller is holding my home hostage. Please help me!RUN AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. Veronika Lambi who works as Heller’s ‘office manager’ submitted offer with a TITLE company that SELLER never agreed to and is now claiming I agreed to it. Run!SUSAN HELLER is not responding to my inquiries. This TITLE COMPANY is a LAWYER’s OFFICE!! I AM WORRIED about my property!!!

Literally awful. I don't know how she got my number, but I believe she is scamming people. She started callong me at 8am this morning. She has called at least 3 times. She hung up on me the first two times left a vm the third. Each call I answered or that was answered by her I was hung up on. After I finally got ahold of her long enough to talk, I told her I was not selling a property in Naples and I was not the Hattons (name she told me was associated with my number) she promptly hung up on me. Didn't even say goodbye, let me ask her details, nothing. Very rude and extremely unprofessional. She really should know her own clients better and not spam random people with calls.

She agreed to a reduced commission of 5.5% and then presented agreement that said 6%. She wanted to list the house at a lower price than we desired and after repeated discussions finally listed at price we wanted. Ended up getting much more than what she wanted to list the house for in Naples. She is not responsive, and a bully.

Susan Heller of Remax, along with her staff were absolutely magnificent. Their attention to detail and seeing to it that our needs were met goes without saying. Update (months later): I have been spammed by this low rent operation yet again. They have again failed to opt me out of their marketing and cannot provide a legitimate source in which I ever opted in. If you are experiencing the same disturbance, please know you can file an FCC complaint just as I have no had to do.Cold contacted by this realtor offering to help me sell my home. Repeatedly dodged my questions as to where they got my contact info from. They are buying leads and they're not even good ones..... I'm a renter. Hard to recommend a business that ignores simple questions. Instead, they chose to repeatedly call and text acting as if I had not asked the question I did. This is a shame as we are actively shopping for homes in this area and I will not consider them. BEWARE: I am not the only reviewer to have this pushy and unprofessional experience. Read the reviews other than my own!

One of the top selling brokers in Florida. Consistently sells over 100 + homes every year. Very aggressive and will get the job done. I've a the pleasure to work for this woman and I'm totally satisfied with her professionalism and experience. Definitely recommend her for any of your real estate needs.

Feels the need to contact family members whom I have had no contact with in years all because I took my house off the market. Weak, poor business practice. Not being aggressive but rather a bottom feeding ambulance chaser.

I put an offer on a home, That Susan had listed. My realtor had put in the contract 24 hours to let me know. She didn't get back to us until 72 hours later. She held it up And then told me she had a cash offer. Very unprofessional

Susan Heller made and unsolicited marketing call late last evening (Sunday) and pressured very hard to list our house for sale with her. I don't know her and never been in contact with her. She was very aggressive and persistent on to setup an appointment with her to list our property. I told her that we're not interested in listing our property at this time and she wouldn't take a no for an answer. I have read several negative complaints against her. Don't get trapped if she calls you hang-up! I am filing a complaint for unsolicited marketing call and harrasment with Florida Real Estate commission
