I went up to the sandwich area and informed Bonny of what I needed and without any excuses and a smile on her face she came through. I was able to bring my platter to a last minute meeting and everyone was happy. Thank you Publix, Bonny and Ashley for your amazing help. We definitely need more people like this who will go the extra mile for customer service.”
