“I bought a pair of Birkenstocks there and realized I didn't like the color I picked out. Even though I waited 2 weeks to return them (and without a receipt), they didn't ask any questions at all and brought me 2 new colors out to choose from. I found the ones I wanted and they happened to be cheaper so they refunded the difference back onto my credit card instead of giving me a store credit like many stores would. The staff is incredibly great at what they do, friendly, and most importantly they're local. One last thing--they carry wide sizes. That's incredibly important for my 12 year old with wide feet since he has so much trouble finding shoes that fit. Now we just take him to Snydermans!”

“My husband and I went to the Coconut Point location on Labor Day. Excellent experience - incredible helpful team! Clean surroundings and very nicely merchandised and displayed.Despite the business of the store (great sale) we were greeted and asked if we needed help and actually 2 people helped us. Michale and a lovely woman whose name unfortunately I did not get.Since the store was crazy busy (many shoppers all vying for attention and help) so we were pleased with the personal attention we received.The woman was very helpful and went to the storeroom get the sizes we thought were needed to only be whisked away by a bunch of other customers. Quickly Michale stepped in and was so patient and kind helping us to find the right size and perfect shoe to fit our needs. He provided great insight and was diligent by asking questions regarding fit and our specific need. He explained about the benefits of each shoe to us. Interesting enough he taught us about the history of the store and how it is expected to expand throughout Florida. Michale is an excellent ambassador for Fit2Run!We are members of the store rewards program which is another great benefit when we make our purchases.This was an excellent experience and are telling our friends about it !”
“DO YOU BELIEVE IN MANY SOLE MATES?Pratts shoe salon has many locations throughout Naples and other parts of Florida. They don't only have shoes but cute purses, clothing and other accessories. This location is at the Village Shops in Venetian Bay and attracts many lady shoppers. It is a very upscale boutique, but sometimes if you hit them just right, they will be having their annual sidewalk sale and you can pick up some items for great deals. We came in not looking for anything specific, just browsing but the sales associates were still very friendly and welcoming. If you are in the market for some new shoes I highly suggest popping in here.”

“I am giving a 5 star, but you need to do something about the A/C. I've been to this store several times and probably in the last 3 months (give or take) the air hasn't been working! All the employees are always helpful and go out of there way to look for a size, but it's unfair they have to work with no air. As a customer coming from the outside shopping and walking into a store with no A/C doesn't make for a pleasant shopping experience. I've already e-mailed corporate, so I'm hoping you can get this taken care of for everyone.”
