I went there to get cash. After going through all the prompts the ATM TOOK MY CARD with no explanation. I went into bank and was told they could do nothing to get my card because another company was in charge of the ATM (Regions Bank is prominently displayed on the ATM). No offer of help of any kind! Just Sorry! Thus is theft of a financial instrument!

It would be nice if the ATM's worked, but they will not take check deposits.

I have used their ATM a few different times! Ive had a problem more than half of the time I used it. it’s taking my card multiple times, and they can’t just get it out so you have to order a new one each time. it’s taken my cash that I’ve tried to deposit into it and then you have to wait on them to get everything together to figure out how much money that was in there. Which took up to a week multiple times this will be the last time that I used this ATM. Do not use this ATM unless you want to lose your card or your money. Obviously, they can’t fix it and refused to get a new one.

I am writing this memo to advise everyone of a scam that Regions Bank has been conducting. On April 10th, 2021 I opened a new checking account with Regions Bank in response to a mailing promotion that I had received from them. Their offer promised to pay me $400 if I deposited funds with them to open a new checking account and also met several conditions: maintain the account for at least 3 months, pay a monthly account maintenance fee (if applicable), and sign up for electronic statements within 30 days of account opening. They also offered me an additional $25 if I would install their mobile app on my phone. I completed all of these requirements on time, including signing up for electronic statements soon after opening my checking account. I then waited for 4 months before trying to contact them to inquire why I still had not received their $425 promotion. At this point I was getting suspicious because I had not received any further communications from Regions bank after depositing my initial $100 to open my new checking account. I tried calling Regions bank several times but it was impossible to reach a real person because of their highly automated phone system. After many attempts I was finally able to get through to a "Linda" from their Tennessee office who verified that I DID in fact sign up for that specific promotional offer but she did not know why I had not received my $425. She assured me that Regions would conduct an internal investigation then let me know BY MAIL of their findings - once again, ease of communication with Regions bank is not a possibility. I did not receive any response from Regions until 2 weeks later when they called to tell me that I was NOT going to receive the $425 promotion because they said that I didn't sign up for electronic statements within the 30 days. This is simply not true because I was careful about meeting all of the requirements of their promotion. In fact, Regions bank was unable to defend their claim about exceeding the 30 day requirement to sign up for electronic statements because they could not tell me WHEN exactly I had signed up. So at that point I asked to speak to a manager but was told that a manager was not available and one would call me back within 2 days. Unfortunately no one has called me back from Regions Bank, more evidence that they do not keep their promises. In conclusion, I have met all of Regions bank's requirements for their promotional offer and they now owe me $425.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience with Regions. Been with them for years. I’ve had fraudulent activity on my account and they blocked them from taking my money. I’m really happy with everything they have done with me and my account. I feel they protect you from most things happening in your account. I feel confident that Regions will always have my back. Thanks everyone for your hard work !!

With a bank on every corner, my advice to people looking for a place to keep their money is: GO ANYWHERE ELSE!My experiences with Regions have been nothing but putrid, and have left me with the indelible impression that this is a condescending, mean-spirited, money-scratching bank without concern for small businesses or less affluent individuals. I don't know, but it wouldn't surprise me, if their attitudes and services improve for those with impressive account balances. After my business account was emptied via fraudulent charges, I spent months fighting the bank to refund me. Unanswered phone calls, one denial after the next, dozens of emails, I stopped by the bank often to re-plead my case.It wasn't until after I got law enforcement involved that the bank finally credited my account, without notice, nor apology. There have been numerous other episodes of well-oiled, fee-stroking, money-scratching as well. When I told the banker this morning that I would be closing my account, she didn't care an iota. "Have a good day. Happy New Year," she said as I walked out the door.If you are not a millionaire, or if you run a small business, I implore you to to avoid this bank.Making a living right now is hard enough without Regions.
