Waited for over 2 hours to be told they weren’t accepting patients any longer after. Even if you have an appointment this place has ridiculous waiting times. The staff is not helpful either.

Make sure you make an appointment by calling or through the website BEFORE going! They had ok customer service and since it helps being a Spanish speaker I think it helped with their customer service a bit. It's can be the type of culture they are so I understand why other have trouble with their customer service. I arrived 20 minutes early (even though the website said 10) with my ID and checked in at the Kiosk. I was nervous because of the reviews but with an appointment I was serviced at good time!

This place should not be open. The health department needs to shut this disgusting place down. The people working there have no customer service training. I ran not walked out of there. Didn't get my labs done. Would never let them put a needle in me.

I was there today 12/22/24 at 11:45. The woman that called me first was extremely rude and unprofessional. Sge called my first name and then accused me of not knowing my doctors name when I clearly gave it to her. I looked up at the screen and told her “that’s not me” she told me to go sit back down. I have never been treated so rudely. I will make sure to tell all my collegues and let my doctors know my experience with them to ensure they don’t send any of their patients here.Joseph Schmidt

Dec 20th 2023I was concerned going here, with some Karen's complaining.My 1st visit here, Room #1, waited approx. 7 minutes after signing in.Great experience, no looking for my phat vein, in & out clean and pain free.This mature lady is on point.Thank you!

Gave an option to text when you’re up next. I stepped outside for a work phone call and never got a text and got skipped by several people.What’s the point of the option if they’re not going to text? The waiting room was full.

The worst customer service and the women there are the worst. I had an appt. I arrived early and used their filthy kiosk to check in. I choose the option to wait outside because the lobby was full and people were coughing. They never texted me so I went back in to check the status the person yelled at me as if I was in the wrong. When I mentioned I did exactly what they said you are to do. She gave me attitude. There was NO way I was going to let this person take my blood. Very disgusting place. Run. I did.

It was so nice to hear (after checking in and sitting for 45 minutes and seeing my name on the standby list with 2 others) that, and I quote here "we aren't taking any standbys. We stopped taking them at 1030 this morning" So I asked the obvious question which sounds logical to me. " Wouldn't it be nice to let people know that before they sit here wasting their time thinking they are going to be seen? The screen has my name on it." "We stopped taking standbys at 1030" "Couldn't you at least hang a sign up that says that?" "Management won't allow it" LOL. THAT IS SOME SPARKLING MANAGEMENT TEAM YOU HAVE THERE!!! You may want to speak with management at Quest Diagnostic Bonita Springs Colonnade 9550 Bonita Beach Road SE since I'm pretty sure your business model doesn't include screwing people out of their personal time then kicking them in the ass out the door after wasting their time. IF YOU DONT ACCEPT WALK INS BECAUSE YOURE OVERLOADED AND UNDERSTAFFED THEN POST THAT INFORMATION FOR PEOPLE TO SEE. YOU SUCK!!!!!! I REFUSE TO COME BACK HERE!!!!

Not sure how anyone gives this location 5 stars. Waited over 3 hours being first in line on the waitlist. Had 5 people working then all but 1 go to lunch at the same time. Waiting room was getting very backed up. People on waitlist after me started getting called. They know people have no other choice but to go to quest and they take advantage of that.

I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Staff is friendly. I did notice some patients in the lobby struggled with the computer check in.

I made a reservation for my fasting blood work online, and since I had to be at work by 7:00 am I was a little concerned that I would get it all done on time. My appointment was for 6:10 and I arrived at 5:50. There were two customers waiting at the locked door, and about a minute before it was unlocked, I received notice that I could check-in online. I'm thrilled I did! The two other customers were using the kiosks in the lobby to check in, and they called me back at 6:01! The blood test was quick and painless, the technician was friendly and professional, and I was out of there by 6:15. The setting was clean and safe, and I got my results back the very next day! Thank you for such a great experience!
