This store always looks amazing in the mornings. You can tell they take pride in making the shelves look nice and presentable to customers. It gets busy here during season but I 10/10 recommend.

Poor sanitation and poor customer service! Steve Wild stole $150 from me when he would not give me a refund for something i did not want. Then the disrespectful Kyle Griffith is just un professional and I will not be going back or anyone i know will not be going back! Steve wild and Kyle Griffith have no idea how to run a business.

Worst pharmacy! My wife goes here and they are always rude, LAZY and the middle aged man who answered the phones working on 06/07/2023 at 4:30pm actually hung up on my wife because she asked for his name to file a complaint about him.

If you have an Apple Watch and would like to record thousands of steps while doing absolutely nothing get a job at this stores deli dept. the employees here walk back and forth behind the counter nearly bumping into each other trying to look busy or hide out in the back room where they can easily be heard gossiping and laughing while customers pile up in front. A deli counter that has four or five slicing machine should have that many employees slicing for the twenty customers waiting for service. Almost every time you shop there you will find at least two or three commonly purchased items not in stock or with an almost expired sell by date. The produce area is pretty much a joke. Getting the pharmacy employees to move faster than a snails pace is challenging. Publix would benefit with a larger store in this area that would be more capable of handling the ever expanding population as more and more residential and apartment complexes are being built.

First off I would like to say that this is the most busy Publix in Bonita Springs since it's right next to the exit of I-75 and many gated communities.I would recommend coming in anywhere before 9 am if you want to avoid the huge crowds of people. Customer service is great, deli is busy as usual than any other Publix, and most items are stocked up. This is a decent Publix.

This Publix is great but the pharmacy - not so much. Never a pleasant experience, no flexibility, resistant to goodrx pricing, less-than-friendly male staff, and if your script is a little unclear or ambiguous - no effort to clarify with customer or doctor; they'll just fill it and let it be your problem. Scheduled vac 12/22; they wanted me to come early; couldn't, had to cancel. Rescheduled for today and came in early. They refused to take me early though not a single person in line and 4 workers behind the counter. Reasoning: First they said something about lunch hour from 2-3, then that no immunization person was available. Um, the guy who told me he couldn't take me early was the immunization guy.

The deli is incompetent. Whatever your pick up time is, add 30 mins and prepare to deal with slow moving, uncooperative employees.

Absolutely positively the worst run Publix. Especially the deli and the pharmacy. Thought, hey we will order online since the deli is a disorganized mess. That backfired. 45 minutes I waited, and then received attitude from the lady I was told would be making my sub next. I will drive out of my way in the future to avoid this poorly run, bad customer service store. And the people who work in the pharmacy make the people who work in the deli look like customer service hero's.

Huge spot and has everything you are looking for at a grocery store. The staff was helpful and walked me over to what I was looking for and checked back in with me after. It looks newish and well maintained.

Horrible customer service. From the deli counter to the registers, rude and unfriendly. Management is nowhere to be found. They need to do a training on how to treat customers.

When visiting Florida... you shop at Publix. We stopped by at this location to get some breakfast items- cereals, milk, juice and some snacks. We ended up getting some sparkling water as well.Very clean, not a lot of shoppers, pretty empty, large aisles, easy to find things, OK stocked, a few items lacking, but OK overall. Fast check out. In and out in 15 minutes. Decent experience.
