My wife fell for a scam and was told to wire a significant amount of money to an account in California. Owner of account was a DBA with a foreign name. If she had been provided with any information by the PNC rep that what she was experiencing was likely a scam, she would have known and stopped at that point. The only question asked was "you know this person as a __________" . My wife was expected to answer so she said friend'. The wire went through and was lost for good. My wife was told by the scammers not to tell anyone, not even a spouse or the bank employees because they are sometimes involved with the scams. From what we found out afterward, all of the signs of a scam were present and common. Especially since there was significant funds involved, the bank should have automatically provided a document informing their customer of common elements to identify whether you are being scammed. This has been going on for may years and the banks (at least PNC) still have not implemented any warnings to customers at the time when they are most vulnerable (when they have been placed in a panic situation.)

It’s been 18 days of trying to get my debit card renewed. It got lost in mail twice somehow so they sent me in to get it printed. I had an appointment at 12 and was there for over an hour and no card they said the machine wasn’t working after an hour of trying. They said come back Monday I come back SAME THING. Did you not fix it? Why tell me to come back. Another wasted hour and gas. Now he closed all the cards he tried to print AND my CURRENT DEBIT CARD. Now I’m trying to call to get help and no answer. I have no way to pay for gas my bills ect right now. Thanks alot Daniel

The staff was great they got us in and out very quickly and they were able to replace my damaged card immediately instead of having to wait for it in the mail I couldn't have been happier with this location

I went to the PNC Bank in Bonita Springs to cash a $100 check I had received from a friend. I provided them with two forms of ID as they requested. I also agreed to pay their 2% charge because I don't have an account with PNC. The teller then said he would have to call my friend to get approval. When he couldn't reach my friend on the phone he then refused to cash the check. Trying to prevent fraud is one thing, but I found this to be ridiculous. In 40 years of banking I've never experienced anything like this.

There drive thru at this branch needs to hire a friendly person willing to do there job. She didn't even acknowledge me sitting in drive thru & proceeded to count money then I rang the buzzer she still waited awhile before acknowledging me then told me she will be with me & went back to computer for awhile & I waited & waited..just unreal she was not pleasant I felt like I was an intrusion, goodness just trying to deposit $$ !!...its a Flippin drive thru people!! New here and never get treated so poorly at my main bank.

Had difficulty with the new ATM when attempting to do a withdrawal. The bank employees were great in working out the kinks we were having. No problems now.

Every time I walk into this particular branch, there is always an excuse as to why I can't be serviced. With an EMPTY parking lot. I live in the neighborhood so I pass Bonita beach rd several times a day.Each time I walk in I feel like I'm being stereotyped. I have to wait at least 20 minutes before I'm even acknowledged, Just to be given the worst excuse as to why I can't be helped.At first I tried to brush it off. But it has happened to myself, my husband and also a close friend.I never have this problem at any other branch.The employees are rude and oblivious to what it is they are doing (it's racial profiling). It needs to STOP. Immediately. I'm a local resident and feel extremely disappointed and disrespected the moment I enter the branch.

Great bank in general. This location is excellent in particular though, always prompt service even when busy and very friendly staff. Bryce helped resolve a few issues for me and set up a credit card, very pleasant to deal with.
